Associated gene expression:B, P, HA, HB gene expression in lung tissue of rats in the group E-cad down, and mRNA expression of mean and HB Group E-cad were higher than the model group and statistically significant (P<0.05), mRNA expression of HA and HB group E-cad group were significantly different (P<0.05). B28, mRNA expression of a-SAM emergence of HB significant difference (P<0.05), mRNA expression of HA and HB of a-SAM includes significant difference (P<0.01). Increase the amount of mRNA expression of HB’s vimentinm significantly lower than B28 (P<0.05), mRNA expression of a-SAM’s HA and HB are significant differences (P<0.05), and the mRNA expression of HB vimentinm below HA.Conclusion:1 fiber A Party (HA) and fiber B side (HB) bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis have a certain effect.
