Objective To investigate the effect of Coronary Interventional Treatment by in patients with diabetes mellitus, observation the implementation of clinical nursing path, observation of hospital stay, hospital costs, complications and negative effects of changes in circumstances; control the quality of care, patient satisfaction were evaluated.Method January 2012- December 2013 were treated 96 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with diabetes, the use of digital random sampling method into clinical pathway group(experimental group) and the usual care group(control group), 48 cases each. All patients underwent coronary artery intervention therapy(PCI), To formulate appropriate standardized, process-oriented clinical care path table, to use clinical care path for experimental group patients, the control group were treated with conventional medical advice. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS13.0 software package, measurement data using the t test; count data using X2 test.Result The two groups were no significant differences in gender, age, education level, the composition of the disease(P> 0.05), There was no significant difference in the extent of coronary artery lesions and lesion areas(P> 0.05), the incidence of arrhythmias in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05), the incidence of heart failure and cardiogenic shock also declined, but not statistically significant(P> 0.05); The experimental group were dysuria, vagal reflex hypotension, constipation, back pain and sleep difficulty were significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05 or P <0.01); although the incidence of the hemorrhage, and abdominal distension is lower than in the control group, but not statistically significant(P> 0.05); Nurse’s service attitude evaluation of patient satisfaction in both groups was not statistically significant. The average length of stay in the experimental group was lower than the control group, there was a significant difference(P <0.05); The average cost of hospitalization in the experimental group was lower than the control group, there was a significant difference(P <0.05);Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway in diabetic patients with coronary artery disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention implementation of treatment can effectively shorten the average length of stay, reduce the average hospital costs, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction.
