Objectives:Investigate the differences in cognitive behavioral and psychosocial factors between children with ADHD combid ODD and children with pure ADHD. Explore the risk factors of children ADHD combid with ODD, and the the relevence betweeen cognitive behavioral and psychosocial in ADHD with ODD children. Methods:According to DSM-Ⅳ diagnostic criteria, the study involved 60 ADHD children with ODD(combined group and 58 pure ADHD(ADHD group). Those children’s main nurturer completed the general information list, Achenbach’s child behavior checklist(CBCL), Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version(FES-CV) and The Parenting Locus Control Scale(PLOC). After those children completed The Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Ⅳ, they wrote Children’s Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale(CPIC) and Piers-Harris Children’s Self-concept Scale(PHCSS). The multiple influence factors were analyzed by t-test, chi-square test, correlation analysis and Binary Logistic regression analysis.Result:The combined group compared to ADHD group in cognition and behavior: the scores of affinity in combined group were significantly lower than ADHD group(t=2.010, P =0.047); the combined group obtained higher scores than ADHD group on the CBCL anxious/depr(t=2.07, P =0.041), attention problem(t=3.353, P=0.001), delinquent problem(t=3.765, P =0.000), aggressive behavior(t=5.509,P =0.000), and total problem(t=3.429, P =0.001); in the Piers-Harris Children’s Self-concept Scale, the scores in behavior of combined group children were lower than those of the pure ADHD(t=2.420,P =0.017). In terms of psychological social factors of those two groups: through analysis the the general information, the number of children whose father drank in combined group was significantly higher than ADHD group(t=9.472,P=0.024). the scores in conflict of ADHD with ODD were significantly higher than pure ADHD in the Family Environment(FEV) Scale(t=2.276,P=0.026). In the Children’s Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale(CPIC), the scores of conflict frequency t=2.429,P=0.017, resolution(t=3.090, P=0.003), coping efficacy(t=2.382, P =0.019), self-blame(t=2.224,=0.028) and conflict content(t=2.650,P =0.009) in combined group weresignificantly higher than ADHD group. In The Parenting Locus Control Scale(PLOC), the scores of educational achievement in combined group were significantly higher than ADHD group(t=2.140,P =0.034). The social psychological factors of children with ADHD comorbid ODD were analyzed by Binary Logistic Regression analysis, the variable of whom entered the regression equation are X1 father drank; X2 conflict resolution, X3 controlling. Correlation analysis indicated that the cognitive behavior and psychological social factors had some relevance,in general, IQ had positive correlation with intellectual-cultural orientation(r=0.267,P < 0.05),had negative correlation with parental efficacy(r=-0.376,P<0.01); self-conception had negative correlation with coping efficacy(r=-0.287,P<0.01); behavior problem had negative crrelation with cohesion(r=-0.387,P < 0.01), organization(r=-0.440,P < 0.01), had positive correlation with conflict(r=0.512,P<0.01), resolution(r=0.225,P<0.01), fate/chance(r=0.275,P<0.05), parental control of child’s behavior(r=0.354,P<0.01). The multiple regression analysis indicated that, the relationship between parental efficacy and IQ, coping efficacy and selfconception, behavior problem and conflict、parental control of children’s behavior can set up valid equation. Conclusion: The children with ADHD combined ODD had more cognition and behavior problems, and negative psychological social factors. The later badly impacted the former. ADHD combined ODD was related some psychological social factors which include father drank, conflict resolution and controlling. The error parental efficacy was disadvantegeous to the IQ, coping efficacy could impact self-conception, the conflict and too much parental control of children’s behavior could contribute to the combined group children’s behavior problem.
