| Purpose:To study and analysis the clinical symptoms of 54 cases of breast cancer patients in the same month of hospital discharge. Summary the TCM syndrome characteristics and the service condition of the Chinese medicine Pieces. We hope to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of Chinese Traditional Medicine of the patients with breast cancer, than we can do better to improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, so as to improve their quality of life.Material and method:In the oncology department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we selected patients with breast cancer for the first diagnosis from December1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 in the same month. We strictly selected the patients according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. We selected 54 cases in the line with the conditions of clinical research. We done the frequency statistics for the main symptoms, physical signs and the service condition of the pieces of Chinese Medicine, established the basic database, done the cluster analysis for the breast cancer syndrome, and compared to the physical condition of various types of patients.Results:1.The clinical symptoms and signs of patients with breast cancer were analyzed by frequency analysis suggested, fatigue was the main symptom of the patients, up to 80% or more, this was followed by poor sleep, more than 50%, 10%-50% patients with shortness of breath, anorexia, dry mouth, dizziness, limb fatigue and lazy word, stomach pain discomfort, loose stools, deep sign, limb numbness, upset irritability, hot and sweating, two threatening pain, Yaoxisuanruan, mouth pain, hiccup, nausea, five upset hot. Common tongue and pulse was the red tongue, thin white fur, slippery pulse string. 2.54 cases of breast cancer were the main clinical symptoms and signs of clustering analysis, divided into four types of syndrome: liver QI stagnation syndrome 19 cases(35.19%), syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to deficiency of YIN 13 cases(24.07%), syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach 11 cases(20.37%), syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood 11 cases(20.37%). 3.KPS scores of four syndromes patients for the chi-square test, tipping with statistical significance. The four types of syndromes of KPS total score: liver QI stagnation syndrome:(73.16±4.78)scores; syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach 11 cases:(71.82±7.51)scores; syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to deficiency of YIN 13 cases:(67.69±11.66)scores; syndrome of deficiency of both QI and blood 11 cases:(56.36±12.86)scores. 4. Pieces of Chinese Medicine of 54 cases patients with breast cancer were analyzed by frequency analysis, the frequency from high to low: Ginseng, licorice root, Sculellaria barbata, Bupleurum falcatum, Oldenlandia diffusa, Oyster, Pinellia tuber, Fritillaria, Zedoary, Scutellaria root, Poria, Xia Kucao, Keel, Tangerine peel, Coix seed, White atractylodes rhizome, White peony root, Fructus aurantii, Pleione rhizome, Trichosanthes, tree peony bark, Astragalus, Angelica, Bamboo shavings, Trichosanthes root, Prepared rehmannia root, Dendrobium,Conclusion:Breast cancer patients without contraindications most accept operation excision, comprehensive treatment, intermingled deficiency and excess. Functional activity of QI being not smooth was the main pathogenic factor for breast cancer, deficiency of vial QI throughout whole disease. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer treated by nourishing liver and spleen to support healthy, regulating QI, with Ruanjian Sanjie antitumor drugs, according to the clinical manifestation of patients with addition and subtraction with the symptoms. |
