Study On The Psychological Measurement Performance Of TCM Scale Of Heart Disease

Purpose: To evaluate the published psychometric properties of Traditional Chinese Medicine Instruments for heart diseases evaluation scales.Material and method:A search was conducted in CNKI, Wang Fang, VIP,PUBMED, EMBASE and OVID. Studies assessing the heart diseases evaluation scales with TCM theory were included. The quality of the instruments was evaluated by the psychometric properties of the outcome measures. The quality of studies investigating the instruments was assessing by the COSMIN list.Results:1. Thirty-three articles including 27 validity studies identified 15 instruments: TCMsys, CHD-SF, CHD-XY, CHD-TCM, CHD-PRO, CHF-QOL51 条目,CHF-QOL39 条目,CAD-QOL,TCMHD-PRO, CHF-TCM, CHD-QX, CHD-QOL, QOL-VMC, CAD-PRO and CMSRS-HF.2. The quality of the instruments:The current evidence showed that CHD-QOL performance evaluation is more comprehensive, CHF-QOL39 条目, QOL-VMC, TCMHD-PRO followed.3. The quality of studies investigating the instruments:The articles and studies describing the CHD-SF, TCMHD-PRO and CHD-QOL had better quality.Conclusion:1. The systematic review showed that there was no conclusive evidence for the use of a single instrument in the evaluation of heart diseases evaluation scales with TCM theory. Based on available psychometric evidence, coronary heart disease, heart failure, viral myocarditis, heart disease is the target population of the clinical study were selected to CHD-QOL, CHF-QOL39 entry, QOL-VMC, TCMHD-PRO.2. Target population and the scale of the theoretical framework is the key to improving the performance of psychometric scales.
