Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis By Shaking - Hook Hook

Purpose:By using a needle hooks thrown acupuncture therapy combined with conventional treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, observe and analyze its clinical efficacy, proven rejection ordinary acupuncture needle hook combination therapy is an effective method of treatment of facial paralysis.Research Method:Selected 60 cases of patients who met the diagnostic standard for idiopathic facial paraly from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Hospital ward were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases of the treatment group and the control group 30 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture hook rejection therapy combined with conventional acupuncture.While the control group using conventional acupuncture treatment, without rejection needle hook therapy.the acupuncture points of the large intestine meridian,the stomach meridian,the small intestine meridian,the bladder meridian are most commonly uesd. The main acupuncture points are GB14, ST2, SI18, ST6, ST4, LI4.According to the different symptoms and signs we add different acupuncture points.This experiment adopts House-Brackman(H-B) facial nerve function and evaluation grading system as criteria for evaluating effect. At the same time the application of statistical software SPSS20.0 statistical analysis of all data,and compare the function score between the two groups before and after treatment as well as two groups of its own.Results: 1.After the end of treatment,before and after comparison of H-B facial nerve function scores for treatment group had statistical difference(P<0.05). 2.After the end of treatment,before and after comparison of H-B facial nerve function scores for control group has statistical difference(P<0.05).3.After the end of treatment, two groups of wry mouth symptom score had significant statistical difference(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than control group. 4.comparing two groups of patients before treatment,there is no significant statistically difference on H-B facial nerve function classification(P>0.05).But comparing two groups of patients after treatment,the difference on facial nerve function classification was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Rejection therapy combined with traditional acupuncture needle hook method of treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has a good therapeutic effect. 2.Traditional acupuncture is an effective treatment for peripheral facial paralysis. 3.Two treatment methods in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis have a higher efficacy.But the clinical efficacy of combination of rejection needle hook therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy of peripheral facial paralysis is superior to conventional acupuncture therapy alone.So the rejection needle hook therapy is worth spreading in clinic. 4.The rejection needle hook therapy has significant curative effect for facial paralysis whose mouth crooked obviously.
