Purpose: The Establishment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model in rats. Through the observation of eye acupuncture combined with exercise training, evaluation of the treatment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion, the expression of P53, Fas level of functional recovery of limb and brain tissue. Expression of apoptosis factors from the point of view, to explore the mechanism of eye acupuncture stimulation combined with exercise training in the treatment of stroke in patients with movement dysfunction, so as to guide the clinical treatment.Material and method:Select 60 SD rats of clean grade, weight 180 g ± 10 g, half male and half female. Use were randomly divided into four groups, namely sham operation group(group A), model group(group B), acupuncture group(group C), eye acupuncture plus exercise group(group D), 15 rats in each group. The adaptability of rats in each group were fed for a week. Preparation of cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat model. Immediately after surgery and every 12 h and 30 min before decapitation, by eye acupuncture. Exercise training using eye acupuncture treatment immediately after the treadmill, track speed 7m/min, 15 min each time, every time interval 5min to rest, a total of 3 times, the last with 1 movement. 72 h after Longa score. The cerebral tissue homogenate supernatant, after, using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELASA method) to detect the expression changes of P53, Fas in each group.Results:1. 72 h eye acupuncture treatment group and eye acupuncture therapy plus exercise group Longa scores average score compared with the modelgroup,P<0.05,shows that there are significant differences between the two. Eye acupuncture group and eye acupuncture therapy plus exercise group group P<0.05,that eye acupuncture treatment plus training group was better than simple acupuncture group. 2. model group and treatment group 72 h in brain tissue after P53, Fas was higher than that in sham operation group, and P < 0.05, indicating the existence of significant differences between groups. Eye acupuncturetreatment group, ocular acupuncture therapy plus exercise group compared with the model group, P53, Fascontent was lower than that of model group, and P < 0.05, indicating the existence of significant differences between groups. Eye acupuncture treatment group and eye acupuncture therapy plus exercise group comparison between groups, eye acupuncture therapy plus exercise group P53, the Fas content is lower than eye acupuncture treatment group, and P is less than 0.05, indicating the existence of significant differences between groups. 3. sham operation group rats brain parenchymal neural cell contour clear, intactstructure, abundant cytoplasm,obvious nucleolus. Model group and treatment group showed neuronal degeneration, necrosis, edema,eosinophilic cytoplasm degeneration, visible karyopyknosis, nuclear fragmentation, nuclear dissolution, nuclearmigration, cell boundary is not clear, pale staining cells, neuron cell bodies surrounding the fan-shapedvacuolar changes obviously, interstitial edema, inflammatory cell infiltration. Under the light microscopeobservation of treatment group compared to the model group, the lesions, mainly for the infarcted small,neurons surrounding the vacuolar changes of light, interstitial edema light. Eye acupuncture plus exercise group and microscopiclesions in treatment group compared with pinprick of light.Conclusion:1. Eye-acupuncture and eye-acupuncture combined with athletic training can promote the recovery of limb function on cerebralischemia reperfusion rat, eye-acupuncture combined with athletic training therapy group is better than the eye-acupuncture group. 2. Eye-acupuncture and eye-acupuncture combined with athletic training can reduce the expression level of p53 and Fas in brain tissue of cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat, eye-acupuncture combined with athletic training group is better than the eye-acupuncture group.
