Clinical Observation On The Injury Of Kidney Deficiency Treated By

Purpose: Observation of Shou Tai Wan with progesterone and chorionic stimulating gonadotropin(h CG) in treatment of kidney deficiency type fetal irritability of clinical efficacy, and understand before and after the treatment of serum human chorionic stimulating gonadotropin(h CG), the effects of progesterone(P), estradiol(E2) level.Materials and methods: the 60 patients met the inclusion standard fetal movement disturbed patients according to treatment group and control group were randomly assigned; 30 cases in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine Shou Tai Wan with to progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin therapy; control group(30 cases) treated with progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin hormone treatment, a course(2 weeks for a course) of the overall effect of the two groups were compared. At the same time, the treatment before and after serum beta h CG, P, E2 levels.Results:The cure rate of 2 groups : the treatment group was 93.3 % vs 73.3 %, respectively, compared to the two groups was significant(P <0.05);comparing each group before and after 12 weeks of treatment, serum progesterone β-HCG, P and E2 changes in the value of the two groups before and after treatment, there is a significant difference(P <0.05)。Conclusion:Chinese Shoutai Pill combined progesterone, human chorionic gonadotropin, to improve the serum β-HCG, P, E2 level and so has a significant advantage, and can improve the overall efficacy。...
