Investigation On Self - Care Ability Of Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris And Its Influencing Factors

Purpose：Investigate the self-care ability of patients with unstable angina，and discuss the main affecting factors to the self-care ability of patients withunstable angina，so the nurses can implement the correct self-nursing education，strengthen the self-care ability of patients with unstable angina，and providea scientific basis to improve their quality of life.Material and method：Adoptsimplesamplingmethod，inJune2012to February2013in first affiliated hospital of liaoning medical university180cases ofhospitalized patients with unstable angina as the research object，by deliveringand collecting the questionnaires including basic data，exercise self-careagency scale (ESCA) and social support rate scale (SSRS)，using frequency，single factor analysis of variance，t test and other statistical methods，tounderstand the self-care ability of patients with unstable angina，and discussthe main affecting factors to the self-care ability of patients with unstableanginaResults：1.The self-care ability of patients with unstable angina score between57-151，an average of108.13±17.06，with32.22%of these patients self-care abilityin higher level，67.22%of the patients self-care ability in middle level，0.56%of the patients self-care ability at low levels.2.Statistically significant relations were found between the followingcondition factors and self-care agency of patients with unstable angina:socialsupport，nursing health education，education level，occupation，sick time(P＜0.05).Conclusion： 1.Currently the self-care ability of patients with unstable angina in Shenyangis above middle level.2.the main affecting factors to the self-care ability of patients with unstableangina may be social support，nursing health education，education level，occupation，sick time3.Nurses should povide targeted nursing health education according to the actualcondition of patients，and family members and society should give more socialsupport.
