Purpose:Study of affiliated hospital of Liaoning College of traditional Chinese medicinefrom March2012to December2013in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCIoperation characteristics and regularity of distribution of TCM syndromes.Material and method:Retrospective studies from2012March2013December in twosections within the affiliated hospital of Liaoning College of traditional Chinese medicinetreatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction in hospital medical record.Investigation of general situation in patients with AMI, clinical data, rows of TCM symptomsand syndromes after PCI. TCM syndrome elements as basic criteria, according to the1990edition of the standard coronary heart disease with TCM syndrome differentiation of bloodstasis and phlegm, stagnation, elements of Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency and Yangdeficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, and obtained128cases of6mainelements of syndromes in patients with AMI, by SPSS17.0software for descriptive analysis.Results:128cases of bid real with blood-stasis syndrome is most common in patients withAMI, the proportion is62.50%, followed by the phlegm and Qi stagnation,49.22%and1.56%,respectively; this deficiency to Qi deficiency is most common, the proportion is85.94%,followed by the deficiency of yin and Yang, the proportion of18.75%and8.59%respectively.128cases AMI patients PCI surgery Hou single card waiting elements combination in the toblood stasis and sputum cloud alone appeared more see, respectively accounted for5.47%,and2.34%;2card waiting elements combination in the to Qi blood stasis proportionmaximum, accounted for30.47%;3card waiting elements combination to gas Yin two virtual,stasis resistance vein mainly, accounted for7.03%;4card waiting elements combination togas Yin two virtual, sputum stasis resistance complex mainly, accounted for7.03%.Conclusion:1. Most patients with AMI after PCI based virtual evidence, and to qideficiency mainly by the transfer of virtual reality2. AMI patients after PCI documentssyndrome factor in blood stasis syndrome, phlegm, qi deficiency based.3. Phlegm and bloodstasis, QDBS basic syndromes after PCI in patients with AMI.4. In this study, a small sampleof the capacity due to objective reasons, large-capacity study will investigate more scientificand clinical significance.
