| Purpose：To study the effect of herbal compound flavored scattered fiveLingya effect on S180ascites ascites of mice and mice peripheral bloodIL-2,TNF-α,IFN-γconcentration flavored scattered five Lingya,to investigatethe effect and mechanism of malignant ascites,for developing new drug for thetreatment of malignant ascites provide basi.Material and method：The experimental animal the experimental studyforKunming mice,cell line S180cells,the establishment of S180ascites mode-lmicethrough recovery,passage,inoculation.The mice were randomly divided into fourgroups:model,respectively,model group,Chinese medicine group, wes-ternmedicine group,Chinese medicine plus Western medicine group,the remainnonmodeled mice as blank control group.With tradi-tional Chinese medicine groupwere given daily flavored scattered five Lingya gavage, with western medicinegroup in first days and seventh days to be Cisplatin Injectionin traperi-toneal injection of physiological saline group,the corresponding timere ceivedthe same amount of14days after administration,mice were anesthetiz miceascites,charge,orbital venous blood sampling. Determination of blood IL-2,TNF-α, IFN-γ concentration by ELISA method. Using SPSS17statistical software,the multi group single factor compared with analysis of variance statisticsmethod, using P<0.05as significant differenceto have statistical significanc.Results：1. The volume of ascites control group, western medicine group, Chinese medicinegroup, Chinese medicine plus Western medicine group mice model (mL) were:(20±1.75),(13.75±3.04),(13.44±4.34),(7.13±6.78). Traditional Chinesemedicine group, western medicine group, Chinese medicine and Western medicine group compared with the model group the volume of ascites significant reduction(P<0.05), Chinese medicine plus Western medicine group and Chinese medicinegroup, western medicine group to reduce the amount of ascites is significant(P<0.05), Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group ascites to reducethe amount of no significant difference (P>0.05).2. The blank control group, model control group, western medicine group, Chinesemedicine group, Chinese medicine and Western medicine group in mice blood IL-2(pg/mL) concentrations were (33.31±2.65),(47.47±2.78),(49.44±2.20),(56.23±2.17),(55±3.91). Traditional Chinese medicine group, Chinesemedicine and Western medicine group compared with the model group mice elevatedblood IL-2concentrations were significant (P<0.05), Chinese medicine plusWestern medicine group and Western medicine group in the mouse blood IL-2concentration had significance (P<0.05).3. The blank control group, model control group, western medicine group, Chinesemedicine group, Chinese medicine and Western medicine group mice serum TNF-α(pg/mL) concentrations were (34.88±2.19),(47.21±1.85),(50.89±2.94),(52.29±2.70),(56.79±9.26). Traditional Chinese medicine group, Chinesemedicine and Western medicine group compared with the model group mice serumTNF-α concentration have significance (P<0.05), Chinese medicine plus Westernmedicine group and Western medicine group in the mouse blood concentrations ofTNF-α increased the significance (P<0.05).4. The blank control group, model control group, western medicine group andIFN-γ, traditional Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine and Westernmedicine group in mice blood (pg/mL) concentrations were (31.53±2.21),(54.56±4.80),(59.40±3.04),(55.99±2.75),(68.91±2.80). Traditional Chinesemedicine group, Chinese medicine and Western medicine group compared with themodel group mice serum IFN-γ concentration have significance (P<0.05), Chinesemedicine plus Western medicine group and Western medicine group in mice bloodconcen-tration of IFN-γ meaningful (P<0.05). Conclusion：1. Flavored scattered five Lingya can control the malignant ascites growth,efficacy and chemotherapy drug cisplatin, combined effect is better.2. Flavored scattered five Lingya can increase the immune factors in blood IL-2,TNF-α, IFN-γ, by improving the immune factors to control the growth of ascitesconcentration. |
