A Study On The Regularity And Syndrome Characteristics Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Gout

Objective:Through the collection of nearly ten years of Chinese medicine treatment of gout literature periodicals, explore the Chinese medicine treatment of gout and gout medication rules of syndrome types and distribution characteristics of North and South regions.Methods:Using the computer to search and collect traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gout periodical literature from the database China National Knowledge Infrastructure and the school library in2005-2014years, and setting strict inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature. Using the software of Foxtable2014version to establish medicine database, database statistics including every flavour drug resistance, drug name, ingredients, tropism, efficacy and modern pharmacology. Literature statistics includes title of articles, party names, authors, journal names, years, provinces, syndrome types.Results:(1) collected221literatures which met the inclusion requirements, involving210medicine flavors, all total drug medication frequency is2251times, including single medicinal drug frequency is more than10(including10) times accounted for the total number of59flavor, drugs (210flavors) of28.10%, the total cumulative frequency of1947times the drug, accounted for the total frequency (2251)86.49%.(2)59taste frequency of drugs, the drug to cold, warm peaceful drugs, including cold medicine26flavor, accounted for44.07%; the temperature of20drugs, accounting for33.90%; flat10drugs, accounting for16.95%.(3)59taste frequency of drugs, drug ingredients to bitter, pungent, sweet medicine based. The bitter taste of32drugs,27drugs accounted for54.24%; sweet, pungent drugs accounted for45.76%;25kinds, accounting for42.37%.(4)59kinds of high-frequency drugs, drug owned by the liver, lung, kidney, spleen, stomach medicine. One of the33drugs in the liver, spleen meridian accounted for55.93%;22drugs,19drugs accounted for37.29%; the lung meridian, kidney meridian accounted for32.20%;18drugs,18drugs accounted for30.51%; the stomach, accounting for30.51%.(5)59flavor high-frequency drug efficacy mainly antipyretic, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, diuresis medicine and medicine for rheumatism, accounting for the total number of Medicine (59flavors)71.19%, the cumulative frequency of use for drug total frequency (1947times)77.56%.(6) the analysis of modern pharmacology,59kinds of high frequency drugs in antibacterial, sedation, analgesia, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, diuretic, antihypertensive, antithrombotic effect.(7) the221articles, with damp heat syndrome,101, accounting for45.70%of the total number of documents; followed by the blood stasis and heat accumulation type, there are33, accounting for14.93%of the total number of documents. The regional distribution, the south, the northern provinces are mainly based on the syndrome of dampness heat, followed by blood stasis and heat accumulation type, including endoretention of damp heat and phlegm syndrome is higher than the southern provinces of northern provinces, blood stasis and heat accumulation type and liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome was higher than that of the southern provinces of northern provinces.Conclusion:The results of this study, can be summed up a certain regularity to treat gout drug applications, and the characteristics and distribution of gout syndrome.(1) the four drugs, five flavors, meridian can be seen, in the cold, warm peaceful, bitter, sweet, pungent drugs, drugs leading to liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach.(2) the efficacy of drugs with heat clearing drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, diuresis medicine and medicine for rheumatism, modern pharmacology with antibacterial, analgesic, sedative, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, hypotensive, antipyretic, such as anticoagulant action.(3) the type is damp heat retention, the damp heat retention in southern provinces is more regular than in northern provinces.
