Purpose:Through the Dalian area hospitalized cases were retrospectivelystudy, investigation and analysis of Dalian region of the general regularityof pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis and the general situation of applicationof traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Material and method:Based on TCM hospitals in Dalian, the people’sliberation army210hospital and dalian medical university affiliated hospitalin January2011-December2013cases are collected, on the basis of the Chinesemedical association digestion of neurology, the pancreas disease group of"China’s guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis (2013),the AP of diagnostic criteria, diagnostic criteria and classification of APcollection which conform to the cases of450cases, investigating and analyzingthe disease related information, by retrospective method to three hospitalsin age, sex, causes of hospitalized cases of acute pancreatitis, diseaseclassification and clinical syndrome of TCM, as well as systematic study onthe cure characteristics, and combination of TCM and western medicine andwestern medicine treatment to compare the clinical symptoms of abdominal pain,abdominal distension relief time of exhaust recovery time defecate,hospitalization days and test index of quantitative analysis, to explore theclinical advantages of combination therapy of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine treatment of acute pancreatitis.Results:1.The ratio of the incidence of acute pancreatitis with multiple men, men andwomen1.88:1; The highest incidence of40~60years old (48.3%), followed byaged18~40young and middle-aged (31.3%).2.The etiology of acute pancreatitis and biliary disease is still the main cause(41.8%), there is no incentive to cause an upward trend in acute pancreatitis (19.6%).3.Give priority to in order to combine traditional Chinese and western medicinetreatment of acute pancreatitis (80.2%), combining Chinese and western medicinetreatment of traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to with Chinesetraditional medicine one (45.4%), followed by traditional Chinese medicinemedicinal broth plus Chinese medicine enema (24.1%).4.Of traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to with bile pancreatic wetand heat (63.7%), followed by gastrointestinal hot junction (20.8%), the mostclear soup of pancreatic application prescriptions (46.4%), large gas bearingsoup and add and subtract the second (32.2%).5.Three hospitals give priority to in order to combine traditional Chinese andwestern medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis (80.2%), the clinical symptomsof abdominal pain abdominal distention significantly reduced time, exhaustrecovery time defecate, blood amylase returned to normal time are shorter thanwestern medicine treatment group, but severe acute pancreatitis blood amylaserecovery time difference with the western medicine group. Complications andmortality rate of Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute pancreatitisis also lower than western medicine group.Conclusion:1.Give priority to in order to combine traditional Chinese and western medicinetreatment of acute pancreatitis (80.2%).2.Etiology of acute pancreatitis (41.8%), led by biliary tract disease,3. The TCM syndrome type pancreatic biliary pancreatic damp and hot is givenpriority to (63.7%), TCM therapeutic principle is given priority to with tongin capturing, treatment prescriptions to pancreatic soup is the most common(46.4%).4.Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in alleviating clinicalsymptoms and signs in the western medicine curative effect significantly,clinical application of the earlier, the better the results.
