Purpose:This study establish young Wistar rats model of respiratory syncytialvirus acute lung injury by nasal inhalation.Examine the levels of IFN-γ、IL-4in pulmonary tissue and serum,using the method of ELISA.Observe fuxiong gaoefficacy to the model of respiratory syncytial virus acute lung injury.Providea reliable experiment basis for clinic.Material and method:1、1、Apply the method of nasal inhalation respiratory syncytial virus longstrains establishment the model of yong Wistar rat acute pneumonia. Observethe diet, water, activity, fur,urination,defection,respiration,temperature,weight,lung index to identify the model.2、 Observe their lives condiction,survival amount every day.Combine the lungindex、lung appearance and lung pathological section to investigate thetherapeutic effects of the whole fuxiong gao、the main drug of fuxiong gao、the traditional fuxiong gao、the adjuvant drug of fuxiong gao.3、 Using the method of ELISA to examine the leves of IFN-γ、IL-4in pulmonarytissue and serum.Observe the therapeutic effects to acute pneumonia of thetraditional fuxiong gao、the whole fuxiong gao、the main drug of fuxiong gao、the adjuvant drug of fuxiong gao.Results:1、The normal contorl subjects lives in good condiction,such as activities dietand defecation regularly.The model losts its shine,reduces its diet andwater,feels under the weather,lags in response,loses weight.Pulmonary tissueis crimson,hyperemia oedema.There is significant difference between the normaland the model in lung index(P<0.05). 2、Lung tissue IFN-γand IL-4expression results show that:compared with thenormal group,the rest of groups have significant difference(P<0.05);comparedwith model group,except the group of the adjuvant drug of fuxiong gao,the restgroups have significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the ribavirin group,the whole fuxiong gao group、the main drug of fuxiong gao group have notsignificant difference(P>0.05);compared with the traditional fuxiong gao group,the rest of groups have significant difference(P<0.05).3、Serum IFN-γand IL-4expression results show that:compared with the normalgroup,the rest of groups have significant difference(P<0.05);compared withmodel group,except the group of the adjuvant drug of fuxiong gao,the rest groupshave significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the ribavirin group,thewhole fuxiong gao group、the main drug of fuxiong gao group have not significantdifference(P>0.05);compared with the traditional fuxiong gao group,the restof groups have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1、Using the mefthod of nasal inhalation could succeed in establishing the modelof Wistar rats respiratory syncytial virus acute lung injury.2、Fuxiong gao could used treat acute lung injury that caused by respiratorysyncytial virus for external application.It reduce inflammatory responses,decrease the lung index and improve the living conditions for Wistar rats.3、Fuxiong gao is a kind of effective drug for external use to RSV infection,its action mechanism may be through adjuct the level of IFN-γ and IL-4in lungtissue and serum.
