Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of Bone erosion soup in thetreatment of early metaphase Osteonecrosis of the Femeral Head after Drillingdecompression and bone grafting.Materials and methods:24patients with early metaphase Osteonecrosis ofthe Femeral Head after drilling decompression and bone grafting were chosen,whowere in hospitalization in the Two Department of orthopedics and TraumatologyAffiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from2012March to2013March, divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The sex, age, limb, pathological staging and the course of disease between thetreatment group and the control one was test by statistics which shows nosignificant difference(P>0.05), with comparable. Treatment group were treatedwith gu-shi decoction combined with functional exercise treatment, and controlgroup only with functional exercise therapy. Patients of Both two groups haveto accept postoperative skin traction of lower extremity for3~4weeks, abductthe hip of40°~50°,10°~15°internal rotation, Strengthen the stockfour myo systolic function exercise, while encouraging the patient Sitting hipflexion and rotation clockwise and counterclockwise. Limb weight-bearing,lateral, cross legged prohibited within1.5months,3months after the staffturned part load.4weeks for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of3courses of treatment, the curative effect. Make statistical analysis bySPSS19.0, make clinical assessment according to the Harris hip score standard.Results: The effect in the treatment group was excellent in3cases, good in7, fair in4and poor in2, The total efficiency is85%. In the control group,1case reached excellents,2good,2fair and3bad. the total effective ratewas62.5%, the effect of treatments group was better than control groups, P<0.05.Conclusion: the clinical effect of gu-shi decoction in the treatment of drilling decompression and bone graft of early-mid femoral head necrosisdrilling decompression and fusion surgery is significantly, it can effectivelyrelieve the hip pain, improve the hip joint function, significant improvementof clinical symptoms, reduce or delay the occurrence of collapse of the femoralhead, but whether the development process of Osteonecrosis of the Femeral Headcan be blocked,and whether Osteonecrosis of the Femeral Head can be curedcompletely need further study.
