Area medical program based on information such as natural environment, regional economic development status,population,demographic features,natural environment,local medical needs.Area Medical Program is important means and measure to solve quilibrium of supply and demand in health care.On the basis of meeting the regional health needs,the goal is to achieve the dynamic balance of health human resources,material resources,health care system,improved the ability of comprehensive medical service in the region,ensure the public obtain a fair and effective health services to achieve the optimal allocation of health resource.In order to improve the equity of allocation of beds,Health staff,Health funding,Institutional settings and provide suggestion for health cause planning,this article studies the allocation of beds and Health staff to find the problems and forecast the trend of the year from2013to2020with the relevant data from2009to2011in the Dainan town,Taizhou country.The article firstly describes the definition of area medical program and allocation of health resources.Then it gives the description of the basis information, such as the Geographical environment,zoning and population status,health resource allocation status,health system operating conditions in the Dainan town,Taizhou country. This paper analysis the problems of allocation of health resources,such as quantity and quality of health staff,health investment,construction of village clinics,medical security system.This article puts forward the measures for better allocation of resources on the basis of the analysis of valid questionnaires with Eviews software.To forecast the beds,health technicians,registered nurses from year2013to2020with regression model.policy recommendations of the area medical program has been drafted wishing to have the area medical resource reasonablely disposed.
