| Background:Chronic renal failure(CRF) as a clinical syndrome caused byvarious of reasons could lead to renal parenchyma injure which made kidneyfunction decline, Metabolites retention and water electrolyte and acid-basebalance disorders.Traditional Chinese medicine summarized CRF as XuLao,ShuiZhong, NiDu and GuanGe. In recent years, the morbidity and prevalence ofCRF in China is rising gradually which nearly closed to100CRF patients permillion population. It was estimated that there were120million adult chronicrenal failure patients accumulatively. Disease brought not only heavy physicalhazards and financial burden but also serious mental disorder. Mental disorderwith chronic renal failure influencing each other and forming a vicious circlebrought patients heavy psychological pressure worsening the treatment results,aggravating the patient’s pain and affecting the prognosis of disease. Therefore,the research for influence factor of chronic renal failure complicated withmental disorder was of great significance.Purpose: To understand the morbidity and distribution of mental disorder inpatients with chronic renal failure; To analyze influence factors how chronicrenal failure was affected by mental disorder; To provide scientific basis formental health treatment with chronic renal failure complicated with mentaldisorders.Methods: Systematic sampling method, selected60chronic renal failurepatients from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine FirstAffiliated Hospital of kidney treatment of1January2013to31December2013,for the study.Questionnaire on the sample population, the difference, and toexplore the related factors.Results: In60patients with chronic renal failure patients, anxiety, depression and other factors points higher than the national norm, and P <0.05,explain mental disorders in patients with chronic renal failure incidence walksvery high. The analysis found that age, low education levels are more prone tomental disorders, regardless of gender and other indicators occur with mentaldisorders.Conclusion: First,the incidence of mental disorders in patients withchronic renal failure is much higher than the healthy population.Second,genderhas no influence on psychological disorders, advanced age, low educationlevels,stages are associated. |
