Purpose: To compare the efficacy of three therapeutic methods of traditional Chinesemedicine and Western medicine combined on achalasia pelvic floor syndrome.Material and method:Using prospective, randomized and controlled experimentdesign methods,60patients with unrelaxed pelvic floor syndrome were divided into3groups,each of20cases. Biofeedback therapy was applied combined with acupuncture in group a,biofeedback therapy was applied combined with acupuncture and Liumo Decoction in groupb, biofeedback therapy was applied alone in group c. Observe the relevant indicators beforeand after treatment in three groups.Results:1.Among the three groups, the age and the course of disease in patients between treatmenthave no significant difference (P>0.05).2.Among the three groups, all the integrals of constipation symptoms after treatment ofconstipation symptoms have improved(P <0.05), the difference has statistical significance, group b is better than group a and group a is better than group c.(P <0.01).3.The three groups of patients are followed after one month, there is6cases recurrent ingroup a,5cases recurrent in group b and7cases recurrent in group c, otherwise therecurrence rate of group b is lower than that of group a, and the recurrence rate of group a islower than that of group c.Conclusion:1. All the three methods of treating achalasia pelvic floor syndrome are effective。2. Biofeedback therapy combined with acupuncture and Liumo Decoction is better thanbiofeedback therapy combined with acupuncture for achalasia pelvic floor syndrome, biofeedback therapy combined with acupuncture is better than biofeedback therapy alone, andit is worthy of clinical reference.
