Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura With Acupoint Injection And Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose：Application Zusanli, Sanyinjiao acupoint injection combined traditional Chinesemedicine treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, syndromes observed efficacy andWestern disease outcome. Clinical Experience of Chinese medicine theory and the theory ofmeridians and acupoints joint applications.Material and method：Select December2011to March2014in our hospital hematologyhospital40patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients, according to TCMsyndrome differentiation standard and clinical experience of professor LIU Baowen, the type ofdeficient QI failing to control and hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN takingdexamethasone point injection two treatments and decoction decoction14days for a treatmentcycle. Using statistical software spss19.0clinical data processing, syndromes observed efficacyand efficacy of Western diseases.Results：After treatment, the two syndromes in patients with the symptom score weresignificantly reduced, the type of deficient QI failing to control to purpura, bleeding, loosestools and other symptoms are significantly improved, the type of hyperactivity of fire causedby deficiency of YIN bleeding, purpura significantly improve，the overall efficiency of thetreatment is the type of deficient QI failing to control is slightly better than the type ofhyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN. Two syndromes have significantly increasedplatelet count, the type of deficient QI failing to control is slightly better than the type ofhyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN.Conclusion：1.Zusanli,Sanyinjiao acupoint injection combined with syndrome differentiation treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine,on Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura of the type of deficientQI failing to control and hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN curative effect, isone of the major treatment options of chronic ITP patients with bleeding symptom.2.The type of deficient QI failing to control good curative effect to hyperactivity of fire causedby deficiency of YIN. 3.Meridians and acupoints theory combined with practice,is an important way to improve thecurative effect of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
