Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Of Posterior Hysteresis By Recovery By Acupuncture And Acupuncture

Objective:Observe clinical efficacy of Quanjing Acupuncture therapy combined with arrangement of acupuncture therapy for strephenopodia after cerebral ischemic stroke in the recovery phase,providing a highly efficient and safe of rehabilitation scheme for strephenopodia after cerebral ischemic stroke in the recovery phase.Methods:In total of60patients of strephenopodia after cerebral ischemic stroke in the recovery phase were randomly divided into two groups refer to random number table,including Quanjing Acupuncture group, Quanjing Acupuncture combined with arrangement of acupuncture group.The two groups were given Quanjing Acupuncture or Quanjing Acupuncture combined with arrangement of acupuncture,with the same basic treatment and rehabilitation treatment.Every patient treated once per day, treatment of twelve days per course and rest one or two day, a total of2courses of treatment. Measure patient’s lower limb motor function, daily life ability, gait, walking ability, strephenopodia angle ankle joint varus angle changes assessment before and after the treatment.Results:1. To compare with before treatment, two groups patient’s lower limb motor function,daily life ability, gait, walking ability, strephenopodia angle ankle joint varus angle changes assessment after the treatment, two groups were statistical significant difference (P<0.01).2. After the treatment, to compare with Quanjing Acupuncture group,Quanjing Acupuncture combined with arrangement of acupuncture group patient’s gait,daily life ability, what were improved obviously, there were statistical significant difference (P<0.01), Quanjing Acupuncture combined with arrangement of acupuncture group patient’s lower limb motor function, strephenopodia angle ankle joint varus angle what was improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After the treatment, to compare with two groups patient’s Walking ability classification, the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:1. Quanjing Acupuncture and Quanjing Acupuncture combined with arrangement of acupuncture all can improve strephenopodia after cerebral ischemic stroke patient’s lower limb motor function, daily life ability, gait and strephenopodia angle ankle joint varus angle,but the treatment effect of Quanjing Acupuncture combined with arrangement of acupuncture were improved significantly to compare with Quanjing Acupuncture group2. To compare with Quanjing Acupuncture and Quanjing Acupuncture combined with arrangement of acupuncture was no statistically significant in walking ability.
