Comparison Of Short - Term Clinical Curative Effect Of Different Surgical Treatment Of Degenerative Lumbar Spine â… 

Objective Retrospective comparative analysis and research, the patients in the Teaching Hospital of CDNTCM after the two treatments of discectom with DYNESYS system and pedicle screws combined with interbody fusion for lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis, in the period time of December2010to May2014。Evaluate the clinical efficacy of DYNESYS system to provide clinical reference for lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis。Method Retrospective the patients after the two treatments for lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis in the Teaching Hospital of CDNTCM, in the period time of December2010to May2014。Divided the patients into observation group(Group A):15patients with clinical symptoms after the treatments of iscectom with DYNESYS system for lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis。Control group(Group B):15patients of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis with clinical symptoms, the treatment is interbody fusion. all of the treated patients have only done a surgery, and for the first time。Preoperative assessment including symptoms、signs、physical examination、X-ray examination、CT examination and MRI examination。Two groups of surgery performed by the same team physician。Observe the incision length、operating time、blood loss and offbed time after surgery of the two groups of surgical。All the patient were measured with VAS and JOA rating scale and through this method to assess the clinical curative effect。Result After the surgery,30patients of the two groups were follow-up visited。The follow-up visit time of the group A was6.45monthes in average。The group B was6.84monthes in average。The gender、age、VAS and JOA rating scale of the two groups were same。After the surgery both the two groups patient’s symptoms and signs were improved, have good clinical efficacy。The VAS and JOA rating scale of the two groups were better than pre-operation。The incision length and offbed time after surgery of the two groups were same。And the operating time and blood loss of the two groups have significant differences。The VAS and JOA rating scale of the two groups were same after surgery。After the surgery both the two groups patient’s have good clinical efficacy。There was no spinal cord injury、nerve injury、endorhachis rupture and infection of incisional wound after the surgeries。At last the spondylolisthesis have no development during the visit。 There was no internal fixation loosening and fracture。Conclusion Through the two ways of surgery to observe, we can sure that the two treatments of discectom with DYNESYS system and pedicle screws combined with interbody fusion have good clinical curative effect for lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis o All the patient’s clinical symptoms were improved。Through comparative analysis and research, we can know that the treatment of discectom with DYNESYS system is better。It has the following advantages:small trauma、shorter operation time、less blood loss、keep some activity of the lumbar, can prevent degeneration of adjacent segment。It is a ideal operation treatment for lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis。...
