Clinical Study Of Disposable Radical Periosteal Abscess With Low Incision And High Drainage

Objective:By comparing the observation, this paper discusses low cut high position pipe drainage one-time cure high muscle abscess of anus week of in clinical research.Methods:Patients met the inclusion of40cases with high intramuscular abscess of anus week were divided randomly into experimental group and control group with20cases in each group, the experiment group adopted the"low incision and high drainage"treatment, control group using"low incision and high thread drawing therapy"treatment. By comparing the observed in the two groups, including operation time, bleeding in the operation, post operative pain, post operative voiding dysfunction, post operative dressing the degree of pain, wound healing time, post operative anal function and follow up there quired six month s recurrence etc. the data were analyzed using SPSS17.0statistical software, and a=0.05as the standard for double side test.Results:In the post operative day1-7incision pain,1-7days of pain during dressing, wound healing time and anal function comparison, test group than the control group, there was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the two subject groups in the operation time, bleeding in operation, postoperative pain the first8-14daysof the day, and post operative voiding dysfunction, recurrence condition has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low incision and high drainage in the treatment of high intramuscular abscess of anus week not only cure abscess, well protect the anal function, but also reduces the degree of incision pain and dressing incision in the postoperative, and the wound healing time in test group than the control group in the incision, proved that the low incision and high drainage is treated high intramuscular abscess of anus week with excellent operation.
