Purpose:primary lung cancer (referred to as lung cancer) is a diseaseof serious harm to human life, its morbidity and mortality increased yearby year, as the same time,it is one of the common malignant tumors.Currently, chemotherapy is an effective means of treating lung cancer,but to play a role in cancer chemotherapy,it will bring a series oftoxicity at the same time. Safe and effective acupuncture with "attenuatedsynergistic" role, has been widely used to treat side effects of cancerchemotherapy, which has become an important means of anti-tumor therapy[1].Previous studies have shown that acupuncture can increase specificacupuncture points corresponding organ drugs "targeted" action[2-4], butits role in the internal mechanism has not ben interpreted. Therefore,this expression by observing the P-GP, CYP2C8protein changes in the heart,liver, spleen, lung, kidney and detecting the CYP2C8activity in theliver, analysis acupuncture in combination with paclitaxel and P-GP,CYP2C8and CYP2C8enzyme activity expression relevance and its mechanism.Material and method:The450model was successful in lung cancer micewere randomly divided into nine groups of30, namely the control group,model group, acupuncture Feishu group, acupuncture Lingtai group,acupuncture Feishu+Lingtai group, paclitaxel group, acupuncture Feishu+paclitaxel group, acupuncture Lingtai+paclitaxel group, acupunctureFeishu+Lingtai+paclitaxel group, each group as the different time afterintraperitoneal injection of paclitaxel were randomly divided into1h,2h,8h,12h,24h five groups of six mice, using Elisa kit to detect thetissues of P-GP, CYP2C8and CYP2C8enzyme protein of the situation. Results:1.The same time in different tissues P-GP、CYP2C8protein expressioncompare: paclitaxel, acupuncture Feishu+paclitaxel group,acupunctureLingtai+paclitaxel group, acupuncture Feishu+Lingtai+paclitaxelgroup P-GP, CYP2C8protein expression increased more than the controlgroup, model group, acupuncture Feishu group, acupuncture Lingtai group,acupuncture Feishu+Lingtai group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (p<0.05), but acupuncture Feishu+paclitaxel group,acupuncture Lingtai+paclitaxel group, acupuncture Feishu Lingtai+paclitaxel group with little inhibition of protein expression, but thedifference was not statistically significant (p>0.05).2.P-GP CYP2C8protein expression in the same organization compare withthose of different points in time, the same organs1h,2h,8h,12h,24h P-GP,CYP2C8protein expression did not change significantly (p>0.05).3.CYP2C8enzyme activity in liver comparison: CYP2C8activity inpaclitaxel group, acupuncture Feishu+paclitaxel group, acupunctureLingtai+paclitaxel group, acupuncture Feishu+Lingtai+paclitaxelgroup increased more than the control group, model group, acupunctureFeishu group, acupuncture Lingtai group, acupuncture Feishu+Lingtaigroup, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), butacupuncture Feishu+paclitaxel group, acupuncture Lingtai+paclitaxelgroup, acupuncture group Feishu+Lingtai+paclitaxel group with littleinhibition of enzyme activity, but the difference was not statisticallysignificant (p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The above results of each group show that P-GP, CYP2C8proteinexpression in acupuncture+paclitaxel group and simple paclitaxel groupincreased more than the non-paclitaxel group, indicating thatacupuncture+paclitaxel and simple paclitaxel group have a therapeuticeffect on lung cancer in mice, and the needle P-GP increased thorn paclitaxel group compared with simple paclitaxel group, CYP2C8proteinexpression in a decreasing trend, indicating that acupuncture affects thetrend of paclitaxel in vivo distribution.2.P-GP,CYP2C8protein expression with acupuncture Feishu, Lingtai+paclitaxel increased less than acupuncture Feishu+paclitaxel,acupuncture Lingtai+paclitaxel grou, simple paclitaxel, indicating thatacupuncture Feishu, Lingtai had better treatment of lung cancer in micethan simple acupuncture Feishu, simple acupuncture Lingtai,non-acupuncture group for; as the same time P-GP, CYP2C8proteinexpression in simple paclitaxel group, acupuncture Lingtai+paclitaxelgroup, acupuncture Feishu+paclitaxel group decrease in turn, indicatingthat the treatment of lung cancer in mice with acupuncture Feishu is betterthan Lingtai point.3.Acupuncture Feishu+paclitaxel group, acupuncture Lingtai+paclitaxelgroup,acupuncture Feishu+Lingtai+paclitaxel group compared with thepaclitaxel group, CYP2C8activity in the liver is less increased,indicating acupuncture Feishu, Lingtai points on CYP2C8activity in theliver can extend the residence time of the drug in the body,and extendthe time of paclitaxel in the body.
