| Purpose:This experiment on sensitization by egg albumin solution formed â… type hypersensitivity SD rat animal model of experimental study, the system ofelectric acupuncture and Chinese medicine for â… mechanism and the influenceof type hypersensitivity, aims to provide theoretical basis for clinicaltreatment.Material and method:Using egg protein solution sensitization of SD rats,type I hypersensitivity caused by animal models.Give each group ratscorresponding electric acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, such aspositive drug treatment.Testing groups of substance P (SP) content in serum ofrats, mast cells, mast cell, MC) degranulation of level and scratching frequencyafter rats were stimulated.Results:1. Compared with blank control group, model group rats serum SP level increasedsignificantly (p <0.01), scratching increased significantly (p <0.01), withstatistical significance.2. The impact on the content of SP: compared with blank control group, modelgroup rats significantly increased serum content of SP (p﹤0.01), withstatistical significance.Compared with model group, the treatment group SPcontent in serum of rats decreased significantly (p﹤0.01), with statisticalsignificance.In addition to the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)1set, therest of the treatment group rats SP content were higher than in the curativegroup (traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in the2groups were threegroups p﹤0.01,positive drug group p﹤0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine in the2groups were3SP content is higher than that oftraditional Chinese medicine (TCM)1group (traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)2group p﹤0.05, Chinese medicine3p﹤0.01). 4. The impact on the level of MCS degranulation: compared with blank controlgroup, model group rats significantly increased serum level of MCS degranulation(p﹤0.01), with statistical significance.Compared with model group, thetreatment group rats MCS degranulation in serum were significantly reduced (p﹤0.01), with statistical significance.5. Effects of scratching the number of blank control group rats is relativelyquiet, occasionally to scratching at the injection site, and the model grouprats restless, activity increased, scratching increased significantly (p﹤0.01), with statistical significance.The itching symptoms in treatment grouprats compared with model group have different degrees of improvement, scratchingfewer (Chinese traditional medicine group, the Chinese medicine including2groups, group1p﹤0.01, positive drug group, Chinese medicine3p﹤0.05),with statistical significance.Scratching positive drug group rats (p﹤0.05)times higher than that of electric acupuncture group, with statisticalsignificance.Conclusion:1. The treatment group rats give corresponding treatment, type Ihypersensitivity symptoms under control.2. In the production SP, MCS degranulation level and treatment of itchingsymptoms, Chinese medicine group and the curative group1curative effect isbest.3. Its treatment mechanism may be through the inhibition of SP contents in serum,mast cells degranulation level to treat type I hypersensitivity. |
