Research On The Protection Of Medical Staff 's Rights And Interests From The Perspective Of Decent Work

For a long time, the rights and interests of working-class protections were commonly referred to as the theme of the labor movement, the basic needs of laborer gradually get attention. After entering the era of globalization, the situation of strong capital weak labor become more and more obvious, in order to avoid workers become the victim of the global economic competition, the international labor organization puts forward the concept of "decent work", provides a more perfect standard for the protection of the rights and interests of laborers. The decent labor research focused on the macro level, involves less specific industry, however, among the workers from all walks of life, in the public impression, the medical staff always belongs to higher social reputation work group, which we usually understand "decent" group. However, doctor-patient conflicts intensified, the violence injury the medical staff events being repeated, medical workers strike also began in the press, the real working condition of the medical staff is worthy of being discussed, it is necessary to further measure the present protect situation of medical staff’s rights and interests from the perspective of decent work.In this paper, we adopt the method of subjective measurement and microscopic analysis focus on medical staff subjective feeling, launches the research to decent labor situation of the medical staff. First, this paper explore the subjective attitude of medical staff about their decent labor, it is concluded that the decent degree of perception showed a trend of normal distribution, and that the lack of protection of personal safety is the most no decent content in their current job. Combined with this conclusion, this article sort out the related interviews, analysis the cause of the lack of protection of the personal safety of the medical staff, from internal and external factors, system and environment factors to launch a two levels discussion, the external factors mainly include the operation of the hospital system, the relevant legal system and the external environmental factors of medical knowledge propaganda and the media reports of the negative aspects, internal factors mainly focused on the lack of hospital internal management system and the lack of medical staff own protection consciousness. Finally, this paper classified the above factors, divided into three kinds of categories, these are: due to its inherent properties become the immutable factors, can be improved through the complete system factors, and can be improved through the support of environment. Besides the immutable factors, in view of the two types of variables, combined with relevant foreign experience, from the point of view of institutional improvement and environment support, distinguish between internal hospital situation and external social circumstances, provide the corresponding improvement measures.
