In TCM syndrome, treatment after 24 weeks and 260 weeks of follow-up, traditional Chinese medicine group for TCM syndrome is significantly improved compared with before treatment and long-term curative effect is better than western medicine group; spinal pain, activity limitation, morning stiffness, night pain were significantly improved and long-term efficacy is superior to western medicine group. The treatment of TCM has good effect on the TCM Syndromes of TCM syndromes and the long term effects of TCM symptoms..At the events of the disease, the follow-up of 24 weeks and 260 weeks, the rate of ASAS20 and the standard rate of BASDAI50 were significant, and the efficiency was higher than that of Western medicine group.
