Infertility pathogenesis is very complex, which has not been fully elucidated. Studies have shown that the infertility patients accounted for 7%～10% of married women of childbearing age in our country. With the accelerating pace of life, the environment pollution, the diet structure change and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases in the world scope, the incidence of infertility is upward trend.As the development of modern medicine in the treatment of infertility technology, test-tube baby technology develops very quickly. But there is long treatment period, low birth rate, expensive, prone to miscarriage, multiplets, ectopic pregnancy, and complications such as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. And treatment of infertility patients improve the overall situation of patients within traditional Chinese medicine, give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the natural pregnancy rate, less adverse reaction, so the paper summarizes medication rules for the treatment of infertility of the expert gynaecology Zhou Yumei in Huguo temple hospital, so as to provide reference for the treatment of infertility.Zhou Yumei, female, Associate Chief Physician, was born in 1942, graduated from the Beijing university of Chinese medicine in 1964 (formerly Beijing college of traditional Chinese medicine). She is working in the Huguo temple hospital affiliated to the Beijing university of Chinese medicine, as the Beijing institute of traditional Chinese medicine committee of department of gynecology. She has engaged in the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine clinical medical nearly 50 years, whom is full of experience, good at Chinese medicine gynecology difficulty disease, especially good at the treatment of infertility. The paper is analyzed the using drug regular to treat the secondary infertility for the readers.The paper uses the data mining technology under the guidance of TCM theory, discuss the using drug regular of Dr. Zhou through analyzing the prescription of traditional Chinese medicines of treating the infertility of gynecologist Zhou Yumei (called Dr. Zhou). Hope to grasp the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment of infertility drugs within the study, to provide reference and help for clinical rational drug of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of infertility, to inherit and carry forward the experience of using drug of the old Chinese medicine, to enrich the contents of the clinical science disciplines, and carry forward the motherland medicine.In this paper, the main contents include two parts, one is literature review and the other is the infertility treatment rule analysis of Dr. Zhou.Part one, Literature review. Firstly, the paper reviews the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine for infertility, discusses the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, treatment and therapeutic principle on behalf of the formula within the "Fu Qing main women’s", "the woman for daqo", "dhi Yin of materia medica", "bamboo temple female family secret" and other ancient books of department of gynecology. Secondly, the paper reviews the progress of modern Chinese medicine treatment of infertility, summarizes the diagnosis standard, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of the ovulation obstructive infertility, tubal infertility, immune infertility and endometriosis. Thirdly, the paper summarizes the modern clinical research progress of Chinese medicine cycle therapy to treat infertility, discusses the treatment based on syndrome differentiation for stage follicle, ovulation and luteal phase and through different physiological characteristics, to embody the characteristic of "treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions" in Chinese medicine cure. The literature review provides reference for finding the drug experience to treat the gynecology infertility by Dr. Zhou. Fourthly, the paper summarizes the development and characteristics of MySQL data mining system. The literature review provides the reference for mining pharmacy experience in the treatment of gynecology infertility of Dr.Zhou.Part two, data mining for the treatment of gynecology infertility medicine experience of Dr. Zhou. The paper collects 7152 original prescription for infertility of Dr. Zhou in 2012-2014, uses the modern computer technology to establish MySQL database of Dr. Zhou’s drug use for infertility, which is guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, to analyze its drug laws. Extracts and analyzes the data from the drug rule of age, season, four natures, five tastes, channel tropism, prepare, departments, dosage and prescription.As the show, age is an important independent factor of infertility, the highest incidence of infertility is the 30 to 34 age group reached 38.41%. Followed by 25 to 29 age group (25.30%), 35 to 39 years old group (16.94%),40 to 44 age group (8.14%) and 20 to 24 age group (5.66%), the minimum is the group of the more than 45 years old (5.55%). Infertility has obvious seasonal, most to the spring, there is lower pregnancy rate and growing rate in spring than other seasons, the highest pregnancy rate is in winter. As the Drug category results, tonify deficiency is the most, accounted for 54.59%.Subdividing infertility drug category, tonify deficiency contains tonifying qi, blood, Yin and Yang 4 class tonic, tonify yang (frequency 37549, frequency of 27.9%), tonify yang (frequency 13131, frequency of 9.76%), tonify qi(frequency 12269, frequency of 9.12%), tonify blood(frequency 10472, frequency of 7.79%).For the four natures, infertility medicine is given priority to the warm medicine, accounted for 69.87%, the mild medicine (16.97%), the cold medicine (11.89%). For the five tastes, the sweetish taste is the first, accounted for 39.29%, followed by the symplectic taste (25.37%), the bitter taste (17.99%), the acid (6.78%), the astringency (5.42%), the salt (3.54%) and the mild (0.9%).For the channel tropism results, the infertility drugs are going into the liver, kidney channel. the liver meridian is the first, accounted for 29.05%, the kidney meridian is the second, accounted for 25.2%. For the association between the four natures and the five taste of the infertility drugs, the mild and sweetish taste drug is the first, accounted for 22.38%.For the association between the four natures, the five taste and the channel tropism of the infertility drugs, the most drug is belong to the mild and sweetish channel (occurrence frequency is 33712), to kidney channel (occurrence frequency is 26074).For the preparing way of the Infertility drugs results show that the net making (frequency of 80603), accounted for 59.92%; Salt water making (frequency of 20545), accounted for 15.27%; Suet oil main use making(frequency of 5483), accounted for 4.07%.Wheat bran making (frequency of 5146), accounted for 3.83%;Honey making(frequency of 4845), accounted for 3.6%, etc.The departments of the infertility drugs contain the leguminous (occurrence frequency is 14436, the frequency of 10.7325%), compositae (a frequency of 8682, the frequency of 6.4547%), cornaceae (occurrence frequency is 7580, the frequency of 5.6354%), etc. there are 3062 Infertility drug prescription which of the ingredients are 13-19 tastes, accounted for 42.82%; 4-12 tastes are 2858 prescription, accounted for 39.97%; more than 20 tastes are 1231, accounted for 17.22%.The doses more than 301 grams of the Infertility patients daily prescription are accounted for 68.12%; the 251-300 grams are accounted for 8%;the 201-250 grams are accounted for 9%;the 151-200 grams are accounted for 6.8%;the 101-150 grams are accounted for 3.1%;51-100 grams are accounted for 1.9%; less than 50 grams are accounted for 2.8%.The paper firstly establishes the drugs database of Dr. Zhou’s treatment for the infertility, and discusses the drugs rule of Dr. Zhou, which is a good foundation to finding drugs rule of the other Chinese medicine experts in our hospital, also provide reference for the management level of our herbal medicine, play a leading role for establishing the "the medicine to promote medical" mode, and is good for the development of the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical of Chinese materia medica. |
