Clinical Study Of Chronic Pelvic Pain (damp - Heat Syndrome) In The Treatment Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae

ObjectiveThrough clinical observation of 48 casas of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (chronic pelvic pain) with hot and humid Wunjie patients to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fu Shu granules.Methods48 cases of western medicine diagnosis of sequelae of PID(CPP), TCM syndrome differentiation of Furenfutong (hot and humid Wunjie) were randomly divided into Fu Shu granules group and Placebo group for 36 cases and 12 cases. The cases in Fu Shu granules group were given Fu Shu granules,1 bag(10g) 3 times/day,and the cases in Placebo group were given the Simulation drug of Fu Shu granules,1 bag(10g) 3 times/day, all the cases stop the treatment in menstruation for one week. Review the cases in two groups after two courses of treatment (four weeks for one course of treatment),comparing the differences of the scores of pain VAS.TCM symptoms,and local signs between pre-treatment and post-treatment to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Fu Shu granules; checking the laboratory symptoms examination to evaluate the safety of Fu Shu granules. statistical method:use SPSS20.0 statistical software for data analysis,the measurement data using t test or nonparametric tests,counting data using chi-square test,the difference was statistically significant when P<0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant when P>0.05.Results1. The differences of ages,courses of disease,scores of pain VAS before treatment, scores of TCM before treatment, scores of local signs before treatments in two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).2. The comparison of scores between two group,from pre-treatment to post-treatment:the difference in comprehensive scores and TCM symptoms scores showed statistical significance(P<0.05); the difference scores in pain VAS, local signs showed no statistical significance (the P were 0.078,0.093, but they were nearly 0.05).3. The evaluate of therapeutic effect after treatment in two groups:pain effect,TCM symptoms effect, local signs effect and total effect showed statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion1. Fu Shu granules is effective in treating sequelae of PID(CPP) with hot and humid Wunjie;2. The pain effect, clinical symptom and local signs can be improved obviously when using Fu Shu granules treat sequelae of PID(CPP) with hot and humid Wunjie;3. Fu Shu granules is security and reliable in treating sequelae of PID(CPP) with hot and humid Wun jie.no adverse reactions and side effects during treatment, It is worth applying in clinical.
