The research result shows that Lack of authority, poor operation convenience, lower quality of interactive feedback, excessive advertising are the most serious problems listed need to be solved and improved.Finally, combining with the characteristic of health industry and the internet, the author raised a suggestion on the health information service website, which is to build a platform. This platform is a virtual space that people can achieve the health information exchange and interaction online. It is also plays an important roles in coordinating the medical resources, helping information dissemination and enhancing the doctor-patient interaction. Through platforming, bringing the running rules of Internet into play can, to some extent, solve many problems like the lack of authority, inactivity of communication between patients and doctors. In addition, platforming can use the ability of integrating data information and social resources to provide relevant service to different stakeholders, and finally expand the ways of profit.
