Objective:to investigate the clinical efficiency and probable mechanism ofFloating bonesetting coordinating traditional Recovering Bone treatment for differentplane double fracture of radius and ulnaMethods: divided the patients into3groups (each group included20cases),treatment group1contained the cases whose fracture of rafdius and ulna were at thesame plan, treatment group2contained the cases whose fracture line of ulna werehigher than that of radius, treatment group3contained the cases whose fracture lineof radius were higher than that of ulna. All the three groups received the Floatingbonesetting to recover the anatomy position of bone, observed the proportion of oncerecovering-bone success and efficiency standard, investigate and analysize theefficiency difference of Floating bonesetting used by double different plane fractureof radius and ulna.when recovered the position of bone doctor should used theconvenient-carrying X-ray machine to watchResults: Treatment of a group of20cases, the success of this group of19casesof a one-time reset; treatment of two groups,20cases in this group a one-time resetsuccessfully in18patients. Three groups of20cases of treatment,18cases of thisgroup of one-time reset. Treatment of a group of20cases, the group ultimatelysuccessful reset20cases; treatment of two groups,20cases in this group eventuallyreset successful in17cases. Three groups of20cases of treatment,17cases of thisgroup eventually reset.Three groups of patients were successfully reset the12weeksto achieve clinical healing standards. According to State Administration of TraditionalChinese disease diagnosis and efficacy criteria in assessing the efficacy of two-footradial shaft fracture, Results: The treatment group of20patients successfully reset,the cured18cases, improved in two cases. Treatment of17patients in the two groupssuccessfully reset cured15cases, improved in two cases. Successful treatment ofthree groups of17patients reset cured15cases, improved in two cases.Conclusion:Floating bonesetting used by double fracture of radius and ulna, the proportion of once success: fracture of rafdius and ulna at the same plan fractureline of ulna higher than that of radius above the fracture line of radius higher than thatof ulna.
