Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Title Consultation Of General Practitioners In China

Research Objectives:Based on a nationwide survey about grassroots general practitioner professional title evaluation situation and reform attitude, and general practitioner of ministries and agencies professional title evaluation policy and the management present situation investigation, present the status of general practitioner professional title evaluation system in our country, and explore the problems and the insufficiency of the existence of professional title evaluation mechanism, then research and analyze the main influencing factors of general practitioner title evaluation system,combined with a broad range of experts consultation, and promote suggestions on perfecting the general practitioner professional title evaluation system, so as to promote the general practitioner system construction of our country.Research Content:(1) Through the information investigation and expert consultation, summarize general practitioner professional title evaluation policy and research background, connotation and significance.(2) Based on the grassroots general practitioner function orientation, summarize the grassroots general practitioner professional title evaluation situation from the literature, and analyze the main influence factors involved.(3)Design3questionnaires for general practitioner professional title evaluation system, that is the grassroots general practitioner questionnaire, Ministries and agencies questionnaire and expert questionnaire, problems were set up to study the status of general practitioner professional title evaluation situation and attitude.(4)Summarize the concrete implementation situation of general practitioner title review system, analyze existing shortcomings, deeply analyze the key obstacle in professional title evaluation of the talent team construction of general practitioner.(5) On the basis of field survey and expert interview, combining with the problems and shortcomings, put forward Suggestions for perfecting professional title evaluation system.Research Method:(1) Information collection (2) Factor analysis (3) Questionnaire survey (4) Expert interviewsResearch Results:The general practitioners surveyed were567,248from the health clinics in towns and townships,275from community health service institutions,37from secondary hospital, and7from tertiary hospitals.After questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, combining with consulting experts, put forward the following suggestions of perfecting our country’s general practitioner professional title evaluation system: (1) On the basis of the main aspects of general practitioners working in different level medical institutions, establish hierarchical evaluation index system.(2) Change the number of papers from necessary requirement to supplementary requirement for general practitioners title declare.(3) Introduce the clinical medical records, the outpatient workload and so on as evaluation basis, to outstand practice ability.(4) Explore the general practitioner senior professional title evaluation model that take examination instead of evaluation.(5) Based on local experience, explore a national promotion of separate general practitioner senior professional title evaluation system.
