| Longan floral reversion is regarded as the major cause of longan poor production. As the production of "small" year is always less than half of "big" year, so longan floral reversion has become a great problem in the production of longan . Therefore, to further make sure the molecular mechanisms of longan floral reversion and the rules from genes to characters during longan floral reversion is of great theoretical and practical importance to the regulation of floral reversion, seeds breeding and reduce the economic loss.In this research, the proteome of normal flower buds was used as control. The proteomic changes of longan flower buds during floral reversion were analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis. 15 proteins were found to be differentially expressed, 11 of them were up-regulated and 4 were down-regulated. 10 differentially expressed proteins were identified by LOMS/MS tandem mass spectrometry and database searching. Sequences of amino acids of several random peptides were obtained.Of 10 differentially expressed proteins related to longan floral reversion, 7 were found to be down-regulated. They were 4 RuBisCo large subunit, RuBisCo is a key enzyme in plant photosynthesis; 1 Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase-like protein, this protein is an important enzyme both in photosynthesis and respiration; 1 Putative anthocyanidin reductase, it is a protein of great importance to the synthesis of anthocyanidin and the fertility of pollen. 1 NDPK I protein, it is an important protein in the energy metabolism of plants. 3 were found to be up-regulated. They are 1 Putative aspartic protease concerning to plant cell senescence and apoptosis. 1 Asb-POD protein relating to the clearance of free radicals. 1 Inorganic diphosphatase/ magnesium ion binding / pyrophosphatase, it is still a protein of unknown function in the plants. |
