ABSTRACT: In view of the situation of Low single yield and unsustainable total yield of Schisandga chinensis(Tnrcz)Baill, a study was carried out on which morphological character, growth development character and annual cycle change etc. main characters and at the same time the technology on inducing differentiation of female flower and reasonable fertilization etc. general major key technology were also emphatically studied. The results showed that as a homothallism female flower ratio increased was influenced by both the plant nutrition and regulation of hormone.In planting administration female flower ratio could be increased obviously by improving air and photic conditions and cleaning underground transverse stems in time; the three phytohormone of α -NAA, 6-BA and ethrel could all induce female flower differentiation and the effect of ethrel was the best. In the normal planting conditions the ratio of female flower differentiation could be increased to 63.33% by cleaning underground transverse stems in time and spraying 40% ehtrel diluted (1500 times) into once every ten days during bud differentiation and the ratio was 57.76% higher than that of no treatment. In the light of the character of short frostless period in planting area of Schisandga chinensis(Tnrcz)Baill the fertilization period in autumn was advanced to the middle-last ten days of August but not the middle-last ten days of September in the past and the mix fertilization of organic fertilizer and reasonable matching of fast acting N and K fertilizer was applied together, in that case the bearing plant ratio were raised to 88.89-96.43% from 39.68-55.56% in the past and the yield was raised 1.5-2.2 times than that of the past. To sum up, we could realize the aim of prolific and sustainable yield to carried out the technology of inducing female flower and reasonable fertilization in Schisandga chinensis(Tnrcz)Bail.
