The pollutions in the livestock has been a important pathogen of the infection .NH3 has been a harmful gas when its concentration arrived at a certain figure . The concentration of the NH3 in some batons, and the results suggests that the concentration has been overwhelmed the standard .The chicken often caught varies of breath system diseases in the high concentration NH3. Recent study suggests that the microbiology dose may do some help to the NH3 balance of the chicken , therefore release the NH3's exit; meanwhile the splendid outstanding of the biological dose has attracted the scientist's attention. The study of the antibiotic has confirmed its harm to the beneficial bacterium during it kills the disease germ. More important the use of the antibiotic for a long term has cultivate the germ that can consistence the according antibiotic. With the concentration to the safety of the foodstuff ,the standard of the antibiotic becomes stricter and stricter. As a result the study of the product that can erase the disadvantage of the antibiotic has been a main subject for the scientists. The study concentrates on the balance of the product and the environment, aims at the study of the microbiology and schedules the profit of the animal husbandry.Spectrocolorimetry was adopted in the procedure which was designed for the measure of the NH3 in the baton , meanwhile the pathological mechanism of the chicken in the exposure of the NH3's high concentration. In another experiment, the schedule was designed for the detection of the effect that the Bacillus Licheniform can effect the suppression of the chicken and the NH3's concentration in the baton. At last ,the inhabitation to the bacteria of the Bacillus Licheniform was examined by the method that the Escherichia coli , staphylococcus was co cultivated with the Bacillus Licheniform, in order to find the inhabitation of the Bacillus Licheniform .Compared with the other methods in the NH3 concentration, the Spectrocolorimetry can detect the concentration of the NH3 in the baron and...
