This research was carried on in the farm of Shandong agricultural university from 2004 to 2005. Two kinds of wheat for different end uses were chosen, including: Gaocheng8901 (GC8901), Shannong12 (SN12), the strong gluten wheat and Shannong1391 (SN1391), Lumai (LM21), the weak gluten wheat .They were planted in the pond to study the influence in different H2O, N level, which did to these materials in the composition of the yield and its quality, at the same time, its physiological basis was also studied. Main results were as follows:1 The influence which was caused by the interaction of irrigation and nitrogen to the yield constitution factor of wheat for different end usesThe irrigation and nitrogen application had obviously regulation to the yield and its constitution factor to the two kinds of wheat. The nitrogen application could effectively enhance the ear of number and thousand grains, and obviously increase had happened to the ear of grain by the irrigation .Compared with the yield of big ear type SN1391, SN12 and multi-spike type GC8901, the yield of the later was higher .The yield of the wheat can be greatly increased by the irrigation and nitrogen application, but excessive irrigation and nitrogen application could make the yield of the...
