Studies On The Technology Of High-yield And Better-Quality Cultivation And Comparison On Export Welsh Onion Varieties

Recently, industry of exporting fresh welsh onion was developing in China, the planting area extended rapidly; Especially after China becoming a member of WTO. There were a lot of problems in welsh onion exporting to other countries, such as the difference on merchandise characteristics between international market and domestic market, heat-tolerance differences in welsh onion varieties, the mode of cultivation, insecticide residue,etc. This article has studied cultivation technologies fitting to international market, Results indicated:1. Considered the yields and mostly merchandise characteristics synthetically,"Chunwei"and"Yuanzang"welsh onions were fitting to wintering cultivation,"Tianguangyiben"and"Texuanchangqi NO.1"welsh onion were fitting to summering cultivation;2. Results indicated that the best cultivating mode: row spacing was 0.9m, and individual spacing was 3.0 cm;3. Studies on Welsh onion fertilization technology, when 40kg/667m2 N were fertilizated, the yield was biggest, and merchandise product was 1997.9 kg/667m2, while 25kg/667m2 phosphorus (P2O5) were fertilizated, the economic yield was highest, and merchandise products was 2010.5 kg/667m2, 40kg/667m2 20 kg/667m2Potassium (K2O) were fertilizated, the economic yield was highest, merchandise product was 2072.8 kg/667m2,4. Investigated insecticides on Welsh onion, results indated: 8 item 13 section 22 species pest injuring Welsh onion.5.
