The research is under the tide soil for cotton in Binzhou City ,in order to examine growth character of the cotton, the yield of the cotton and factor of yield forming, the cotton biomass accumulation and distribution, nitrogen and phosphorus content in cotton plant and accumulation with application of nitrogen and phosphorus(the two fertilizers) , work out regressive formulation about the application amount of nitrogen and phosphorus with the plant properties of the cotton, with the yield of the cotton and yield forming factor , with cotton biomass accumulation and distribution ,and with the content of an internal nitrogen and phosphorus of cotton and accumulating quantity. It proves that almost all equations are tenable and fit well to examine by F. Drawn curve line graph of the nitrogen and phosphorus except equation of cotton stem tall in later stage. The result are as shows :Phosphorus make cotton advancing bolls opening, and excessive nitrogen would cause cotton late maturing .The applying amount of nitrogen and phosphorus has certain influence on the development of cotton , on main stem height , on daily increasing of main stem, on wide of change forth leaf , on leaf area per plant and the leaf area indices, on percent of cotton red stem. But the effects are various. Generally speaking the nitrogen has extremely strong effect in promoting vegetable development, and phosphorus plain to coordinate relation cotton nutrition grow with reproduction grow , make its effect of growing up steadily and surely.The plant relative content of N and P reduces by processing . Usually using amount of nitrogen and phosphorus has influence the relative content of internal nitrogen and phosphorus of cotton. Nitrogen can reduce internal phosphorus relative content by strengthening vegetable development. Cotton accumulating speed is different, the peak of nitrogen absorption is earlier than phosphorus.Dry matter accumulating influenced remarkably by applying amount of phosphorus and nitrogen. Result indicates that nitrogen has remarkable facilitation, its intensity greater than phosphorus, Cotton dry matter accumulation heavily depend on nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer application during the different developing period.Add applying amount of the nitrogen and phosphorus can increase the total node numbers of cotton.
