In this study,Poll Droset and Mongolian sheep on pasture of Wulanchabu in Inner Mongolia were used.Two kinds of sheep were surveyed and researched into the natural infectionsity and infection rate of coccidian .Besides, The infection species,infection rate and infectionsity were compared to explain the different ability to resisting the coccidian. Meanwhiles,processed eosinophilicgranulocyte count test, the expression rate of CD2 and CD14 and the content of NO were also measured,in order to explain the immune characteristics of the two kinds of sheep. The useful date were supplied for people by comparing the different ability of resisted the infection resistance between the both kinds of sheep.The result showed that:1. Five kinds of coccidian were checked out from Poll Droset. They are E.parva (infection rate 60.83%),E.ninakohlyakimovae(infection rate 58.30 %),E.ahsate(infection rate 37.50%),E.faure(infection rate 25.00%)and E.intricate(infection rate 10.83%). The highest infection rate could reach up to 100% and the lowest was 36.5%,while the average was 71.39%. The infection rate of coccidian and EPG value of Poll Droset were significantly different from the Mongolian sheep( P < 0.05).The difference between young poll Droset and young local sheep was also extremly significant ( P<0.01). the result indicated that the ability to resisting the coccidian of Poll Droset was poorer than local sheep.2. The eosinophilicgranulocyte count test showed that the increase of EOS of Poll Droset can reach to 81.48%, while the EOS of local sheep was only 31.03%. In the same condition ,the increase of EOS was significantly higher than local Mongolian sheep . The EOS value change was coincident with the infectionsity of coccidian, so it confirmed the efferts of EOS in resisting coccidian and the immunity of Poll Droset was lower than local sheep .3. The expression rate of CD2 and CD14 in blood of Poll Droset was lower than the Mongolian sheep . The difference was significant ( P<0.05). The expression rate of CD2 and CD14 of the adult was lower than the young sheep of the same kind between different age. The difference was also significant.4. The measure of NO showed that: The level of NO in Poll Droset was lower than Mongolian sheep. The difference was significant( P<0.01). The content in young Poll Droset was also lower than young Mogolian sheep( P<0.05).
