Bemisia tabaci Gennadius (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae) is one of the most devastating agricultural pests. Which damage vegetables, ornamental crops, and other economic crops. There are several biotypes in this species, among them B-biotype is the most devastating one and distribute worldwide. In our country, Bemisia tabaci broke out and aggravated yearly. Their damage was rampant in local areas and it resulted in no harvest. Bemisia tabaci had become important pest of the economic crops, such as vegetables, cotton and flowers. Moreover, it had the developing trend .At the condition of constant temperature, we had studied the development, survivorship and reproduction and probing and feeding behavior of B-biotype B. tabaci on different cotton varieties. At the end, we explored the organic structure of the leaves about different cotton varieties use the scan electron microscope. The experiment results and elementary production were as follows.The development, survivorship and reproduction from egg to adult of B-biotype B. tabaci on different cotton varieties (GK-12, AST-104, Zhongmiansuo-19, Liaoyangduomao, ZGK-9708, Liao-7238) were studied. The developmental time on AST-104 was the shortest, which on the Zhongmiansuo-19 was the longest, which were 21.9 days and 24.2 days respectively. The percentage was whitefly immatures that survived on Liaoyangduomao was the highest, the Liao-7238 was the lowest, which were 58.3% and 25.0% respectively. Most females began to lay eggs with in 24th of emergence, and the ovipersitional periodes on those hosts lasted as long as adult longevity. The average number of eggs deposited perfemales were 138.1 (on Zhongmiansuo-19, the highest), and 80.8 (on GK-12, the lowest).According to the data of biology and life-table of B-biotype B. tabaci, The intrinsic rates of natural increase (rm) of B. tabaci on Liaoyangduomao was the highest (0.1121), the Liao 7238 was the lowest (0.0844).The results showed that the seven types of feeding wave had been monitored about B-biotype B. tabaci.
