HMW-GS genes transformed wheat lines by microprojectile bombardment could improve wheat qualities for making bread. Genetic engineering is studied except developing technology, must put emphasis on combining with routine breeding, make genetic engineering becoming important component of crops improving . This study attempts to introduce foreign quality gene expressing excessivly into the high-yield variety adopting the routine crossbreeding means. This paper explores emphatically the hereditary law of the foreign quality gene in the transgenic wheat. At the same time, we hope to get the pure wheat. The main research subjects in this study are included as follows: 1)F2 generations from cross Chuan 89-107×B72-8-11b, Emai 12×B72-8-11b, Emai18×B72-8-11b, Rikaze 8×B72-8-11b and Mianyang26×B72-8-11b were applied to explore the heredity of foreign gene 1Dx5 expression in transgenic wheat line B72-8-11b. The results showed the functional copies of foreign gene 1Dx5 integrated in one locus, as a dominant gene, abiding by Mendel genetic law. 2)F2 generations from cross Chuan 89-107×B102-1-2, Emai 12×B102-1-2 were applied to explore the heredity of foreign gene 1Ax1 expression in transgenic wheat line B102-1-2. The results showed the functional copies of foreign gene 1Ax1 integrated in two locus, abiding by Mendel genetic law. It could benefit to decide the selection strategy in breeding program, indicating microprojectile bomebardment transforming can make foreign gene abiding by Mendel genetic law to transmit steadily too.
