Eggplant is one of the important vegetables on our country and in the world, There is important economy value in agriculture produce. And eggplant is also main vegetable category that protects a ground of big area cultivation, Effect of the salt of protect a ground of soil for the growth and yield of eggplant is very big. so it is great significance for the production of eggplant to deep understanding salt harms the mechanism, the choice bears the salt eggplant species and carrying on the anti- salt cultivation, Seedling of six eggplant varieties (Ziyue, Qiezaerhao, Ziguang, Kuaixing, Changyelang, Moxingyihao) were treated with different concentrations of NaCl and Ca(NO3)2 effect of NaCl and Ca(NO3)2 stress on seedling of eggplant and salinity tolerance of different specieses were studied. Provide the choice of the anti-salt species use and bears the salt mechanism with theoretical basis.1 seeds of six species were treated with different concentrations of NaCl (60, 90,120, 150, 180, 210 mmol/L) and Ca(NO3)2 (40,60,80,100,120,140 mmol/ L) and compared the salt tolerance in phrase of seed germination and different salt germination to six specieses. The result indicated that : the seed germinate were promoted under low concentration NaCl (60 mmol/L)and low concentration Ca( NO3)2 (40 mmol/L), with rise of salt concentrations fresh heavy of embryo root is descend ,But under high salinity, germinate of seed was restrained. According to synthesis comparison of results above , the salt tolerance of Kuaixing of NaCl and Ca(NO3)2 was higher than the other five species in germinate stage, the salt tolerance of Ziguang was the weakest.2 six eggplant varieties (Ziyue, Qiezaerhao, Ziguang, Kuaixing, Changyelang, Moxingyihao) were treated with different concentrations of NaCl(0,120,180,240,300,360mmol/L), effect of NaCl stress on seedling of eggplant and salinity tolerance of different specieses were studied. The results indicated that Ziyue variety has stronger salt-tolerance than Qiezaerhao variety under NaCl stress ,with higher dry weight ,content of free proline ,content of soluble sugar, root activity, and with lower MDA content, electrolytic leakage and content of chlorphy11. Ziguang, Kuaixing, Changyelang, Moxingyihao four variety salt-tolerance between Zigaung and Qiezaerhao. The variety of these index signs:seedling of eggplant wasinjuryed seriously by NaCl.3 Seedling of six eggplant varieties (Ziyue, Qiezaerhao, Ziguang, Kuaixing, Changyelang, Moxingyihao) were treated with different concentrations of Ca(N0)2 (0, 80,120,160, 200, 240 mmol/L ), effect of Ca(NO)2 stress on seedling of eggplant and salinity tolerance of different specieses were studied. The results indicated that root activity and content of chlorphyll of six varieties was higher than CK,and it was not obvious for increase of higher dry weight ,content of free proline .content of soluble sugar ,MDA content and electrolytic leakage. But young sprout was giwen hurt seriously Ca( NC^ of the high density(200 and 240 mmol/ L), Moxingyihao variety has stronger salt-tolerance than the other four varieties under Ca(NO)2 stress , salt-tolerance of Zigaung was the lowest.4 Not only the experiment was studied in the density level, but also was studied on the time at the same time. Selecting the most notable species of NaCl stress was Ziyue and Qiezaerhao,Ca(N03)2 stress was Moxingyihao and Ziguang. Ziyue and Qiezaerhao was stressed by 270 mmol/ LNaCl and Moxingyihao and Ziguang was stressed by 180 mmol/ LCa( NO3>2. With prolong of NaCl stress, dry weight, NR activity and SOD activity of Ziyue and Qiezaerhao descend ,MDA content and content of free proline , content of soluble sugar,electrolytic leakage,,POD activity rise.5 Moxingyihao and Ziguang was stress by Ca(NC>3)2 for four days, the amount of growth of the eggplant seedling descend, increment of content of MDA and electrolytic leakage, rising of content of free proline, and content of soluble sugar are all slow, and root activity and SOD activity was higher than 0 day.NR activity and POD activity was rising-descend trend. The show the injury was Hghly in the short-term Ca(NO3)2 stress. But under the condition of coercing time to grow, Moxingyihao and Ziguang was stress by Ca(NO3)2 for four days, the amount of growth of the eggplant seedling descend, increment of content of MDA and electrolytic leakage, rising of content of free proline, and content of soluble sugar are all fast, the eggplant was hurt seriously. NR activity and POD activity was descend trend. The show the injury was serious in the long-term Ca(NO3)2 stress.
