To improve the number of the livestock's babies can improve economic benefit. In this study the characteristic analysis of the partial region of FSHR gene was made in different prolificacy goats in the middle region of Hebei province, which can offer basic matetial of Marker Assistant Breeding in prolific goats.FSHR gene's of Jizhong goats was amplified and sequenced , the fragment of Jizhong-goat was 967bp. Alignment analysis in Jizhong, Boer and Guanzhong goats showed that the nucleotide sequence identity of Jizhong-goat and Guanzhong-goat was higher than that of Jizhong-goat and Boer goat, which was consistent with blood relationship of the three species goats. Scanning the 5'flanking regulating region of FSHR gene discovered 10 regulating elements, and Y-box sequence and PUC reverse sequence had variation in the three species goats, and it was conferred that this mutation was related with the prolificacy of Jizhong-goat. Using PCR-RFLP method to analyze the differentiation of the amplified sequence by digesting it with taql, the mutation was not found.According to the reported sequence of cattle's cDNA of FSHR gene from GeneBank, the primer was designed and the FSHR gene's EXONIO sequence of Jizhong-goat was cloned and sequenced, the fragment was 733bp. It was showed that the identity of Jizhong-goat and sheep was higher than that of Jizhong-goat and cattle by comparing the different sequences of Jizhong-goat, sheep and cow. The sequence of the FSHR gene's EXON10 was translated to amino acid sequence;it was found 4 mutant loci and the His amino acid of cow in 660 loci maybe take important role in monovular cow. Identity analysis and Phylogenetic Tree analysis was made in Jizhong-goat, sheep, cow, swine, human and ape, and what indicated was similar as their evolution relationship.The part of FHSR gene's EXONIO region was analyzed using PCR-RFLP method, and found two genotypes: AB and AA. The frequency of genotype AA in prolific group and normal group were lower than low prolificacy group. It can be inferred that gene B made positive effect in prolificacy in Jizhong-goat, and gene A made negative effect in prolificacy. The sequences of different genotypes were sequenced and found one mutation: C→T. Genotype AB's sequence was C and genotype AA's sequence was T, and it can be inferred that base C in 1506 loci was a positive mutation in fecundity traits.
