| Aimed at problems among electrostatic spraying box such as electricity-leaking, bad-cooperation among electrode and spraying pattern and daily sprayer, a combined-charging hydraulic electrostatic box was designed, the combined-charging hydraulic nozzle and electrostatic generator of this box were designed especially. The basic designing theories, structure and working process of this box were theoretically specified in the paper. And then the atomization quality and droplet cover distribution of this box were studied by carrying out performance experiment and statistic analysis. Result of the studies indicates:(1) For this box, the droplet table is narrower, the droplet diameter is smaller, and the droplet uniformity is better than daily sprayer. The atomization quality of this box can meet the need of electrostatic spraying. (2) For this box, the improvement function of the droplet cover rate on the front side of test round slices is comparatively obvious, on the reverse side of test round slices and test tube is not obvious, but still that the droplet cover rate on the top is biggest generally, reduce sequentially to the underpants. (3) For this box, the moving of the droplet have certain trend nature, the droplet coverage rate of each position of the target is improved a lot, the piercing through of the droplet is strengthened to some extent, so it should kill worm better. (4) Some progress were made in solving the problems list above, studies on combined-charging hydraulic electrostatic spraying box will lay a foundation for the design and study of some other electrostatic spraying box. Test of spraying are still needed to carry on the land forgrowing field crops. |
