As agricultural structural adjustment and minor grain crops of Shanxi produce implementation, the mechanized equipment that produced of grain has been paid close attention to. At present, millet has been threshed by using traditional field roll way, low production efficiency great labor intensity, as is " bottleneck " which restricts its industrialized development. It will have important realistic significance to carry on research of millet thresh device for progress of device and development scale of production to millet.Combining biological characteristic and mechanical characteristic of millet, basing on the principle in analyzing structure-technology of thresh device existing, and applying to relevant theories of the modern design method , theory of mechanics, design of machinery etc., carry on grain thresh device structure scheme and complete machine overall calculation of parameter, in the other hand, by virtual design , threshing mechanism were carried on overall organization design, virtual design , virtual assembly and interference checking.The main result of study is as follows: (1)The scheme of threshing mechanism was confirmed, base on the performance, advantages-disadvantages, and adaptability of threshing mechanism. (2)It was a innovation to design press thresh mechanism by simulating field roll, the relevant report of those has not seen at home and abroad. (3)Combined to characteristic test of ear, analyzed by Excel, draw a regression equation between pressure and change of compressing, is p = 5×10~8Z~2 -2×10~6Z + 3132.4. the coefficient correlation is 0.94, has offered the theoretical foundation for the fact that the rolling type threshes the parameter of the device is designed. Such as the calculation of the roller spring pressure, the pulling force of the chain, the consumption of the power etc. (4)The transmission mechanism was designed by characteristic of crank pitman mechanism, the length of the crank is 0.026m, the length of the connecting rod is 0.172m. (5)By MTLAB language programming, crank pitman mechanism and grain on surface of riddle were gone on kinematics analyze, when the rotational speed of the crank is 240r/min, the rocker is swung in the course of swinging, the largest angular speed and the largest angular acceleration are 4.3rad/s and 38.5rad/s2. (6)The result is rational, major part three-dimensional model, virtue assemble and the project picture is turned into to finish, and thresh mechanism, nail tooth separate device , platform is checked to interfere by virtue of SolidWorks three-dimension design software.. (7)In the course of the agricultural machinery design and development , introduce the modern design method , the auxiliary designing technique of the computer, artificial technology of the trends ,etc, help the complete machine to design the improvement of competence, can draw lessons from in the course of other designs.This machine remains to carry on productive examination and performance test, in order to perfect the complete machine structure, put into production and use as soon as possible.
