This experiment set up a preparation method of Mg-Aspirin complex with magnesium carbonate, aspirin and DL-Lys as a feed additive. The experiment was designed to study the effect of different dozes of Mg-Aspirin complex after supplying in diet on production performance and meat quality of broilers.360 broilers were divided into 6 groups randomly, and each group with 6 repeats, each repeat with 10 broilers. The whole experiment period was 6w. The 6 treatments were as followed separately: basic diet, basic diet adding magnesium carbonate (corresponding to 0.2% contents of Mg-Aspirin complex), basic diet adding aspirin-DL-Lys(corresponding to 0.2% contents of Mg-Aspirin complex) , basic diet adding 0.1% Mg-Aspirin complex, basic diet adding 0.2% Mg-Aspirin complex, basic diet adding 0.3% Mg-Aspirin complex.The results showed: (1) Mg-Aspirin complex had certain growth-promoting effect on the broilers. The supplement of Mg-Aspirin complex in 4-6w age can increase the intake and daily gain of broilers significantly ( P < 0.05 ) . (2) Mg-Aspirin complex had no significant effect on the slaughter performance, and no also significant effect on the contents of protein ,fat, NFE, ash(P>0.05), and no also significant effect on muscle fiber diameter in meat quality (P>0.05 ) . (3) The supplement of above 0.2% Mg-Aspirin complex decreased the driploss rate, the cookloss rate and the Napoleon rate in meat quality significantly( P < 0.05) ,and increased water-linking capacity effectively. The supplement of above 0.2% Mg-Aspirin complex increased meat L* (P < 0.05 ) ,and improved the a* and b* effectively. The supplement of above 0.2% Mg-Aspirin complex increased pH value of meat quality within 24h after slaughter significantly (P < 0.05 ) .So the above three factor concluded: the supplement of Mg-Aspirin complex in diet can improve meat quality effectively. (4) The supplement of Mg-Aspirin complex in multiple test diet showed: the supplement of 0.2% Mg-Aspirin complex in diet was the best effective dose.The experiment proved that Mg-Aspirin complex could improve production performance and meat quality of broilers by testing of Mg-Aspirin complex in the lab and animal experimentation,and the results fit for demands of design. It showed the Mg-Aspirin complex preparation was effective and the preparation method was feasible.
