Now the procedure of superovulation are basicly formation, but the superovulation of goats still exsits a lot of problems. There are much factors of affect the superovulation. This research is on the generally procedure of superovulation, under the lowst influence of other factor studied on enhancing the superovulated effect of Goats from four aspects as followes:1.The effect of injecting LH and P4 on the superovulation and the change of the main reproductive hormone concentrations in the peripheral blood plasma of goat during the superovulationA total of 12 healthy goats were allocated to two groups according to their age and weight. During the breeding season, they were synchronized of estrus and superovulated. The goats in group I were injected LH (80 IU) when mating and injected P4(6 mL) after mated three days . The goats in group II were treated as group I, but instead of LH and P4 were given the saline. The embryos were collected after mated 6 days. Blood samples were collected at different stages and the main reproduction hormone (LH, FSH, E2, P4) were in vestigated using RIA method. The results indicated that the injection of LH and P4 during the superovulation can enhance the effect of superovulation and it can increase the levels of LH and P4 in the peripheral blood plasma. The injection of LH and P4 during the superovulation of goats are feasible.2. The effect of injecting LHRH-A3 and P4 on the superovulation and the change of the main reproductive hormone concentrations in the peripheral blood plasma of boer goat during the superovulationA total of 10 healthy boar goats were allocated to two groups according to their age and weight. During the breeding season, they are synchronized of estrus and superovulated. The goats in group I were injected LHRH-A3 (15μg) when mating and injected P4(6 mL) after mated three days. The goats in group II were treated as group I, but instead of LHRH-A3 and P4 were given the saline. The embryos were collected after mated 6 days. Blood samples were collected at different stages and the main reproduction hormone (LH, FSH, E2, P4) were in vestigated using RIA method. The results indicated that injection of LHRH-A3 and P4 during the superovulation can enhance the effect of superovulation and it...
