This paper combines new change, new trends and new trend on the basis of forefathers, and carries on "Study on the technologic system of the cotton pest's sustainable integrated control in Kuitun", according to the demand of development in agricultural science and technology. Its result is as follows:1 . At present, the main pests of the Kuitun cotton district are Aphid gossypii, Tetranychus cinnabarinus, Heliothis armigera, moreover, cigarette thrips, blind worm and other pests do harm to cotton and have the tendency to aggravate.2. Scientific and rational pattern of farming is necessary. It is implemented to take charge of ten subject measures severely " to foster and apply fertilizer, popularize the improved variety , use the ultra wide membrane planting the cotton, seed on precise quantity, high density culture, apply scientifically fertilizer, water-saving irrigation, comprehensive plant protection, gather and industrialization management scientifically". Only do these, we will walk the sustainable development of cotton production. These factors that people can control have molded the disadvantage cotton field environment to cotton pest, adjusted and controlled the cotton pest, made pest of large area lighten obviously.3. The climate factor is the first influential key element of the cotton pest:(1)The place that the bollworm survives in the winter has diversification. The base figure presents the trend of rising gradually to survive in the winter in vegetable plot, maize field. It is key factor that thickness and stability of snow and snowing earlier or later, which give an influence on the bollworm's birth and death rate. The relation between the base number that bollworm survives through winter and the degree that bollworm takes place that year is closed.(2) There is no obvious relation between the survival base quantity of Tetranychuscinnabarinus, Aphid gossypii after winter and the current degree from the observisition of climate in early spring.(3)The temperature of April and May is a key factor of the size of quantity of natural enemy's population(4)These factors that suitable temperature, humidity in June and July are made up will cause the population size of Tetranychus cinnabarinus, Aphid gossypii to increasing severely.(5)The natural enemy is the factor that can control the size of population of the cotton pests remarkably.4. Many kinds of agriculture chemical are tested in field and laboratory, and finally 6 of them are selected. These 6 kinds of chemical drugs are safer to Coccinellidae within the normal density using range. When chemical means is used to control pest, they are play a role at first.5. Under carrying out the policy that is "putting prevention first, integrated control" prerequisite, we should insist that agriculture control is regarded as the foundation, plant quarantine as outposts , biological control as the leading factor, chemical control as auxiliary, physical control as supplement, forecast as key, which is the stage of the cotton pests' sustainable integrated control. In another side, natural regulation and control function is fully utilized, the principle of " increasing natural enemies and controlling pests, simplifying the measure, economizing the cost increasing benefit "should be followed all the time.
