Chemical analysis be adopted to do the research of salt content of main halophyte of five region of TuMoChuan plain and of physic and chemic character of root soil and comparing soil , through comparing the physic and chemic character of root soil and comparing soil, disappearing the soil microenvironment condition it's growth requested.And through comparing the salinity of halophyte and its root soil, disappearing the feature of salt-resistance of halophyte. The result shows, every halophyte blongs to the difference type of saline-alkaline soil.the content of CO32- is very low and the content of Cl-,SO42- ,HCO3- is obvious different in root soil.0-20cm root soil volume weight,aeration porosity,soil water content and 0-60cm root soil pH,ESP,total alkalinity,total cantent of dissoluble salt ion is bit different,but very few halophyte have obvious difference.The major factors of impacting of the growth of different halophyte are different in different region.Every halophyte's feature of salt-absorb and salt-resistent is different.
