The Research On Teaching Reform Of Viticulture & Enology Speciality In Secondary Vocational School

In this thesis , the author analyses the current situation of SVSs' Viticulture & Enology Speciality, taken in and learnt from advanced ideology, models and education reform achievement both domestic and foreign, combines the current experience with teaching reform practice of Viticulture & Enology Speciality vocational education, advances a goal of personal training is: the personal well-rounded in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labour development, master necessary cultural and scientific of elementary & specialized knowledge, with rich in practical ability of secondary technical talent; the talent specifications comprise the following: integrated quality, comprehensive ability, scope of vocational work, professional compentence; develop the "wide foundation" and "movable module" curriculum model, construct two "wide foundation" courses in common use; construct 2 specialized courses with "movable module" and one elective course module , definine the "academic subject course-comprehensive course-strengthen practical course" of a trinity course structure system; strengthen practical teaching, method instructional reform and adopt advanced teaching method, construct a new educational structure of SVSs' viticulture & enology specicality.
