But with the increase of seizing amount, it rapidly rise and is obviously higher on the 12th day. Moreover, it is very obviously higher on the 9th, 12th day. All of CPK activity are higher than that of the contrast. With the increase of amount of stress, there is a rising trend of CPK activity. But there is little influence of enzyme activity of GOT, GPT, APK, LDH, GSH-Px caused by seizing stress.2 the influence of trace element in blood caused by seizing stressThe content of Cu and Mn distinctly decreases caused by seizing stress. The content of Cu respectively decrease 49.22% (P< 0. 05), 72. 17% (P< 0. 01), 44. 07% (P< 0. 05), 66. 25%(P< 0.01); 17.14%, 48.48% (P< 0.01), 58.73% (P< 0.01), 75.47% (P< 0.01), 36. 36% (P< 0. 05) on the 3th, 6th, 9th, 15th day, 17. 14%, 48. 48% (P< 0. 01), 58. 73%(P< 0. 01), 75. 47% (P< 0. 01), 36. 36% (P< 0. 05) of Mn. With the increase of stress amount, there is a rising trend, which is direct proportion with Se in liver and inverse proportion with Se in blood.5 the results of anti-stress of V_eAppending 200mg/kg V_e in feed when seizing stress, SOD and CPK activity of blood serum of chook distinctly decrease, the decrease of the content of Cu and Mn has been effectively prevented, the rise the content of Zn in liver very distinctly prevented, and it has obviously preventive effect on the content of Se in liver. |
